I am absolutely awful with hardware and knew I would be in over my head unbuilding the machine and rebuilding from scratch. I asked around the Valley, and no one I reached could offer same day service. Definitely couldn't be down without a PC for more than the day. Thankfully, BlueHorse Solutions saved the day! From responsive messages from the owner, Ronnie, to the technician Andrew doing everything he could to work around limited case space and time, the machine came out pretty flawlessly. I am so impressed by BlueHorse's pricing/responsiveness/and catering to the whacky needs I had. Would use them again for other IT projects I feel are out of my comfort zone.

I was very bummed. So many great reviews, but sadly, I can't be one of them. Two stars is my rating.

He kept me informed the whole way and messaged me the next day to follow up. He learned something new, I learned something new. We laughed, we cried. Okay, I cried... tears of joy, I promise.
