I am absolutely awful with hardware and knew I would be in over my head unbuilding the machine and rebuilding from scratch. I asked around the Valley, and no one I reached could offer same day service. Definitely couldn't be down without a PC for more than the day. Thankfully, BlueHorse Solutions saved the day! From responsive messages from the owner, Ronnie, to the technician Andrew doing everything he could to work around limited case space and time, the machine came out pretty flawlessly. I am so impressed by BlueHorse's pricing/responsiveness/and catering to the whacky needs I had. Would use them again for other IT projects I feel are out of my comfort zone.

Being a woman who suffers from C-PTSD, AND who lives in the highest crime zip code in my area, I tried to explained my anxiety. I wanted to be sure Bluehorse could do my odd jobs, and not waste his time. Many tech companies don't install the Wesecuu light bulb cameras. (I can't figure it out). Ronnie was nice about it, but he the next morning, he declined to take my job on. He said it could be a bad situation for his company. (For asking too many questions, and having trust issues). I was very bummed. So many great reviews, but sadly, I can't be one of them. Two stars is my rating.

I had bought an OEM video card but after opening the box and installing I notice the power cord wasn't correct. I was panicking because the big box store could't help me. I called around to different stores to see if they'd sell me the cord. Only Jason took time to talk with me. He said "Yes we could sell you the cord but it's better to bring in the computer so you get the right one" Well I did bring in my PC first thing on Saturday. Jason wasn't in but Simon said he'd take care of me. It turned out the first cord he brought out that he thought would work wouldn't when he opened up the case. So he got a second one which did. He only wanted $10 for it. I gave him the money and started to pick up the PC and he said, "Don't leave yet, let me bench check to make sure it worked. I don't want you to get home and it doesn't work". So he took the time to take it to the back bench to make sure it booted up correct. He also very politely told me that I had not used the on/off switch on the PSU so that when I got home I needed to turn it back on after plugging in the power cord. So only a $10 sale but I was treated like a huge business customer. Very glad I found this place and will recommend it to others if they are looking to buy a PC since they also had a few custom builds there for reasonable prices.
