He helped me get it going again over the phone plus I took it on the next day so he can clear out some issues! Sooo HELPFUL & KNOWLEDGEABLE!! And the cost was very reasonable for their expertise!! THEN in the last two weeks, I've had to take my iPhone in that is only about six months old because it was really acting up! And of course he fixed that too! I cannot say enough about Dalton and all the staff at GenTech!! I highly recommend that you try them first even before your service provider! I know he saved me a lot of time! Thanks GENTECH!! I tried this myself in the past but as a senior citizen it was a nightmare. Not only did Gen Tech have it up and running in less than an hour they also checked my older lap top for any malware. These are tech professionals who know what they are doing and very pleasant to deal with. The price was very fair and they saved me an awful lot of grief. Very much recommend them. What made it even better there was no upselling or trying to tie me into one of those "service contracts." This place is a real hidden gem.

Phoenix PC Repair had the lowest prices out of all the companies I called. And to my satisfaction they fixed my laptop and recovered my files. I was so relieved, my wife would have been so pissed. Not only did his honesty not earn him any money, but he gladly recommend some excellent laptops and even sent us the links on Amazon!
