They then told us Friday that they still haven't gotten to it (we only saw one other laptop other than ours when we turned it in) . Saturday, they called us to let us know they can fix it , in 2 hours , thank god!! But also let us know that the hinge on the laptop broke (which was not broken when we turned it in). Never got any call about my laptop being finished that day . Sunday they were closed. And today still no call so I went myself to retrieve my laptop. Hinge is literally completely broken, and they ( Derrick and Patty) expect me to still pay almost another $100 for them to fix what THEY broke. Not sure if they get bored there from not doing their jobs and start throwing the laptops around or as head rests while they're clearly not doing anything . I work in the service industry and understand how customers can be tedious so I have patience for workers but when the communication skills are terrible, service SUCKS, and no one wants to do their job, there are other companies that can take my money.

I finally got tired of treating my laptop like something out of Jurassic Park, so I decided to have a professional take a look. It took the gentleman at the counter about two minutes to figure out what was wrong with my computer, explain it to me, and get a solution started! Turns out I need an original Toshiba charger, and they could order one for me right then. (Don't buy replacement chargers, it's not worth it!) I can finally use my laptop like a regular person, and it charges great. They were friendly, fast and solved my problem perfectly!

My experience though was great…read more I think you get a feel for the place when you only make a small purchase but they treat you like you bought the most expensive item in the store. I had bought an OEM video card but after opening the box and installing I notice the power cord wasn't correct. I was panicking because the big box store could't help me. I called around to different stores to see if they'd sell me the cord. Only Jason took time to talk with me. He said "Yes we could sell you the cord but it's better to bring in the computer so you get the right one" Well I did bring in my PC first thing on Saturday. Jason wasn't in but Simon said he'd take care of me. It turned out the first cord he brought out that he thought would work wouldn't when he opened up the case. So he got a second one which did. He only wanted $10 for it. I gave him the money and started to pick up the PC and he said, "Don't leave yet, let me bench check to make sure it worked. I don't want you to get home and it doesn't work". So he took the time to take it to the back bench to make sure it booted up correct. He also very politely told me that I had not used the on/off switch on the PSU so that when I got home I needed to turn it back on after plugging in the power cord. So only a $10 sale but I was treated like a huge business customer. Very glad I found this place and will recommend it to others if they are looking to buy a PC since they also had a few custom builds there for reasonable prices.
