He helped me get it going again over the phone plus I took it on the next day so he can clear out some issues! Sooo HELPFUL & KNOWLEDGEABLE!! And the cost was very reasonable for their expertise!! THEN in the last two weeks, I've had to take my iPhone in that is only about six months old because it was really acting up! And of course he fixed that too! I cannot say enough about Dalton and all the staff at GenTech!! I highly recommend that you try them first even before your service provider! I know he saved me a lot of time! Thanks GENTECH!! So glad you are in my neighborhood! There are other companies nearby and I'm glad I chose GenTech!!

I tried this myself in the past but as a senior citizen it was a nightmare. Not only did Gen Tech have it up and running in less than an hour they also checked my older lap top for any malware. These are tech professionals who know what they are doing and very pleasant to deal with. The price was very fair and they saved me an awful lot of grief. Very much recommend them. What made it even better there was no upselling or trying to tie me into one of those "service contracts." This place is a real hidden gem.

I depend a lot on my computer, so he took it with him immediately that evening. He cleaned out viruses and saved my information to a substitute computer, that he brought to me the following morning to use while he builds me a new one.

I would only be on the computer 45 minutes or so before turning the display off to let it cool down. My computer is 17 years old and I put off replacing the fan as long as I could. I called on Wednesday before noon and they picked it up that afternoon. By Friday I had my computer back and it's like it's new again. It has made a world of difference. I could not be more unhappy with the service of this company. Two weeks ago, they showed up more…read morean hour late for an appointment - no phone call, no prior notice - nothing. They have no respect or appreciation for how a professional office works. The two items that I paid them to fix that day also did not get fixed, The problems have continued to this day - and they are major problems that seriously disrupt our workflow. Deon Lee Hanson then talked me into "upgrading" my network, telling me that my network was running on very old technology. So, I agreed to pay him for, and paid him, for this supposed "upgrade." While here to perform the supposed "upgrade," they shut down my computer and disconnected me from my network without telling me in advance. I was working on several documents at the time, all of which were lost and had to be redone because of this bonehead move. When I asked Deon Lee why they did this, he replied that he didn't know that I was here. Didn't know that I was here? I welcomed him at the door and have a glass enclosed office that looks directly into the area where our server closet is located. No honesty at all in my opinion. The "upgrade" has since turned into a disaster. EVERYTHING on my system and network runs slower than it did before Deon Lee Hanson touched anything. Our ability to maintain our workflow is even worse now. I asked Deon Lee for the money back that I paid for the repairs he never performed and the supposed "upgrade" that made my system worse. I needed the money back because now I am going to have to pay another IT firm to come in and fix this utter mess that Geeks Mobile created. Mr. Lee refused to refund my money. I now have to file a lawsuit. Folks, there are plenty of good mobile IT firms out there that are far, far better and more professional than this one. In my opinion, whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are not talented and will not make things right when they mess up.

We needed a whole new IT and phone setup in our office and they executed our needs in an efficient, effective, informative and very friendly manner. Michael got us a very fairly priced quote, then followed up as our Management made their decision among several choices. We chose DataFast as they are a local family owned business, and showed through the bidding process to be very responsive (important!) as well as helpful with assumptions and suggestions. Scott led the onsite install and even during busy work days for us was hardly noticeable by our staff as he completed the project. Almost like we'd been working with him for years. Going forward we are also going to continue to use DataFast for on call IT solutions, as their expertise has allowed us to do without an IT person onsite! Pretty easy 5 stars with value to boot!

My PC has no more stability issues, is fully updated and functional, and runs far better than it did before. He kept me informed the whole way and messaged me the next day to follow up. He learned something new, I learned something new. We laughed, we cried. Okay, I cried... tears of joy, I promise. I had bought an OEM video card but after opening the box and installing I notice the power cord wasn't correct. I was panicking because the big box store could't help me. I called around to different stores to see if they'd sell me the cord. Only Jason took time to talk with me. He said "Yes we could sell you the cord but it's better to bring in the computer so you get the right one" Well I did bring in my PC first thing on Saturday. Jason wasn't in but Simon said he'd take care of me. It turned out the first cord he brought out that he thought would work wouldn't when he opened up the case. So he got a second one which did. He only wanted $10 for it. I gave him the money and started to pick up the PC and he said, "Don't leave yet, let me bench check to make sure it worked. I don't want you to get home and it doesn't work". So he took the time to take it to the back bench to make sure it booted up correct. He also very politely told me that I had not used the on/off switch on the PSU so that when I got home I needed to turn it back on after plugging in the power cord. So only a $10 sale but I was treated like a huge business customer. Very glad I found this place and will recommend it to others if they are looking to buy a PC since they also had a few custom builds there for reasonable prices.
