I was explicitly told by the sales representative that in order to receive a replacement router, I had to close my existing internet account and open a new one. This immediately raised concern, as I did not want a new account--only upgraded equipment. Despite this, I followed their instructions. Later, when I contacted T-Mobile customer support for setup assistance, I was informed that this guidance was incorrect. The support agent stated they do not understand why store representatives tell customers this, as it is not required. Whether this was due to lack of training, laziness, or sales-driven behavior, the result was the same: my account was mishandled. One month later, I received a higher bill because: * A new line had been opened * My old line was not canceled the same day, resulting in prorated charges I returned to the store and spoke with the assistant manager, Tatum, who initially acknowledged the issue. He told me he would: * Credit the difference back to my account * Follow up with customer service * Call me once it was resolved I provided my phone number specifically because I do not have a T-Mobile cell phone plan--only internet service. None of this was done. I had bought an OEM video card but after opening the box and installing I notice the power cord wasn't correct. I was panicking because the big box store could't help me. I called around to different stores to see if they'd sell me the cord. Only Jason took time to talk with me. He said "Yes we could sell you the cord but it's better to bring in the computer so you get the right one" Well I did bring in my PC first thing on Saturday. Jason wasn't in but Simon said he'd take care of me. It turned out the first cord he brought out that he thought would work wouldn't when he opened up the case. So he got a second one which did. He only wanted $10 for it. I gave him the money and started to pick up the PC and he said, "Don't leave yet, let me bench check to make sure it worked. I don't want you to get home and it doesn't work". So he took the time to take it to the back bench to make sure it booted up correct. He also very politely told me that I had not used the on/off switch on the PSU so that when I got home I needed to turn it back on after plugging in the power cord. So only a $10 sale but I was treated like a huge business customer. Very glad I found this place and will recommend it to others if they are looking to buy a PC since they also had a few custom builds there for reasonable prices.

I was helped by Will at appliances who provided top quality customer service. He got the mini fridge on a dolly, rang us up, and even helped put it in my SUV. Special shout out to the guy who also did the wood cutting, I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he was absolutely professional and did an excellent cutting job for the plywood I needed. This is the exact reason why I don't shop at Home Depot anymore. The customer service at Home Depot has gone downhill over the years. Lowe's on the other hand, is the gold standard of customer service.
