Over the last few months the experience has dramatically shifted from a good experience to a very poor experience. The email communication in which I sent my files over to be printed has gotten very unresponsive after years and years of extreme responsiveness. The other day was the final straw for me. I walked in because it had been almost an hour since I sent over an item to be printed. I came in asking for it, and I was told they need to look and see. They looked and saw it there. By the way, they're all standing around. I was told they were very busy this morning and that it would be another two hours before they can get to it because somebody was in front of me. Again, they were literally all standing around. I told them I didn't want to do business there anymore and not to print it. I also sent this in an email asking them not to print and then I would no longer be doing business there. I received no phone calls. I received no emails of anybody apologizing or anything. Disappointing I wouldn't recommend going here the people have changed and the management has changed

At the end of the transaction I felt very comfortable and pleased. That was a couple weeks ago. Today, I have another return to Lands' End. I'm going to go to this location even though I found one closer to my home. Once I have a great experience with a certain location I return for a repeat performance.

The place I was staying offered no print services as all and then someone recommended Fed Ex. I hadn't even thought about the business. I called, explained my issue and they gave me a email link where I could send my documents. I sent the documents, drive to the business, and gave them my name. The friendly employee who helped me (I am sorry for not getting her name) was efficient, cheerful and got my print order done in the blink of an eye exactly as I had ordered. Well done.
