So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. I called Brand X, which is located in Alpha Graphics in Tempe, about same day direct to print shirts. Natalie gave me all the instructions and told me if I got my emergency order in by 12, the shirts would be ready by 5! The emergency shirt design studio is great when you're in a pinch and I was able to customize a few shirts in under 5 minutes. One thing to know is the emergency options are limited but there are still some many cool things to do! A secured payment and an email later and I was all set. True to their word, Brand X had my shirts ready fast. Next year, there's a strong possibly I'll get to my shirt design way before the 11th hour and really get to see what Brand X can do for my shirts. Thanks guys!

I picked up my order finished enjoying the food festival and drove home to Flagstaff. As with all clothing purchased my wife washed them. the screen printping on both shirts came off, leaving me 2 $54.05 tee shirts. Unfortunately I didn't have my receipt so I informed my credit card company and got a temporary credit which they recharged my card. I actually think I was here the last time I was in Scottsdale several years ago but I didn't Yelp it so who can say? Regardless, Mom found some things that she could not leave Arizona without and I picked up some candy for the office and prickly pear honey for my employees. While there Mom tried on some cowboy hats and honestly should have just bought one, but she's never been a hat person. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, from the moment we walked in the door to the checkout process, which is always nice to see--so many souvenir shops have staff that are as likely to stab you as they are to help you. The prices really run the gamut and I suspect some items are priced as loss leaders for others, so just choose wisely and you won't go wrong with your finds at Kactus Jock.

One of our children's teachers was asking about screenprinting shirts and if anybody knew how, so that her class could be readily identified as when in a group setting the masks were still being worn. Time was also a factor as the field day was the next week. I called a couple of places beforehand, and upon hearing of the simplistic design and the small (24 shirts) quantity, we would hear about how they were backed up or they were too busy. When i called Nancy Perry Productions/ Arizona Screen Print and Embroidery, they listened closely to our plight and were able to set up the entire order perfectly!! Nancy and Michelle, along with the entire staff, are friendly and caring individuals who are complete professionals in their craft. They kept me informed of the process, and the instant the shirts came out of the drying process we were able to pick them up. The shirts turned out beautifully, and a classroom of first grade schoolkids looked pretty darn sharp out there amongst their peers. I hadn't heard anything so yesterday I called to find out the status of my order. The lady who answered the phone the first time I called (yes first time which means that I called a second time several hours later and then a third time at 4:30 pm) told me she didn't have time to check on the order. Now I've been in the store a few times and there is NEVER anyone in the store so how are you so busy that you could not walk over to where pending orders are and let me know if they were started or done? She told me she'd check and call me back. Four hours later with no call back so I called again to see if there was an update - this time same lady was rude and informed me that they don't do small orders and that they were doing this as a favor to me (passive aggressive statement) no you're not doing me a favor as if I had been told that this order was to small I would have looked for another company (by the way which I did and turn around time is 24-36 hours NOT 14 business days. She told me again she'd check and call me back. No call back so at 4:30 I called again and no one answered the phone. I sent a customer request in and was told that they have been busy and that they could get my order done by Friday. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere, already wrote a glowing review for the new company and will NEVER use this company again and will tell anyone looking for embroidery NOT to use this company and will give them a referral to the company that I went to.
