My order today was pretty simple, but I'm already in love with this place and excited to come back for future printing needs! Impact Printing was super friendly, quick to respond to my inquiry, and very affordable compared to chain printers (think Fedex or Staples). I'm a writer AND a small business owner, so I definitely do a lot with paper... and I'm confident that Impact can help me out with whatever I print for either purpose in the future. read more

We used Impact Printing to print 200 copies of a nearly 200 page color technical instruction manual for a workshop downtown Phoenix. We are from the east coast so all communications were by phone. Allen and his team did a phenomenal job making what could have been a challenging task a smooth process. Customer service was top notch from the first person that answered the telephone. The books were beautiful and a big hit at our conference of over 200 attendees! The price was very competitive and the quality of the product was worth every penny! Our only downside is that we could have used 50 more books! We ran out with last minute registrations of attendees. A special thanks to Allen, who always answered my multiple calls and questions during the process. You delivered a quality product in a short amount of time. They were on time and looked amazing. We highly recommend Impact Printing for all your print projects! Thank you! read more

Impact Printing Services - I'm very happy with how my business flyers came out. Clear and concise printing on great card stock. Thanks for the help! :) - Printing Services Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I would love to thank all the employees at impact printing for going above and beyond helping me with my wedding invitations. I spoke with Matt, or Mark, over the phone and he told me someone would be contacting me about the type of paper I wanted to use and sure enough someone gave me a call back. I was told to take the paper in so they can check it out and they said they could do it! I was thrilled because I had already invested in the paper and other printing places would not use paper that was not theirs. All I can say is they did an amazing job and such a reasonable price! They did everything within two days. I'm so thrilled with how my wedding invitations came out. Thank you everyone at impact printing for making sure I was satisfied. read more

I'm just starting a new business and my graphic artist friend was creating my business cards and price tags. Rob and Susan were so personable and helpful right from the start that I didn't bother checking out any other printers! They were quick to communicate and were honest when glitches came up (printer crashed hard). They explained the entire process and made beneficial suggestions to our design/color/layout etc. I have nothing but positive things to say about them and their crew! Don't think twice about using Impact Printing!! They're awesome! read more

I have a few CenPho-based graphic designers as friends. They swear by Impact, and I can understand why. After the design for my business cards was ready to go, Impact treated my (let's face it -- SMALL) order as if it was as important to them as it was to me. I appreciated the attention to detail, and I now have an education in just how many different white card stocks there are, how many different shades of black ink there are, and how the two elements complement each other. Seriously, as my business expands I hope to use Impact more and more. read more

I owe a debt of gratitude to yelp and the reviewers for taking the time to write about their experiences with Impact Printing. Like the other people before me, I also had a great experience with Impact and would definitely recommend their services. Gary was extremely helpful making the process of ordering my business cards pleasant and easy. I really can't say enough nice things, it was a pleasure doing business. The quality of their products are only rivaled by the quality of their customer service. Instead of using large internet companies (Vistaprint, Moo) go with a local company that really cares. I hope you find this review helpful and decide to give your business to Impact Printing, you won't regret it. read more

Yelp delivers again!!! We recently added a new attorney to our law firm and thus needed new business cards and announcements. Our old standby - Ponte - was bought out by some out-of-state entity. Wanting to keep our dollars local, we decided to give Impact a try. They couldn't have been nicer! They were so knowledgeable and helpful and responded to e-mails almost immediately! Plus, they gently suggested changes to our in-office design to make our announcements really stand out. You really can't beat this place for customer service. They've got us for life. read more

I had a run of postcards I needed printed in pretty much less than a day. Impact made it happen and didn't screw me over even a little bit (in fact, I think I paid less than I would have at those big office stores) This place is top notch and I can't wait for an excuse to give them my business again. Well done! read more

We just picked up our wedding invitations. We loved the experience of working with the team at Impact Printing. We worked directly with Stacey who had great customer service. She was very responsive and incredibly helpful. In addition to their great customer service Impact Printing was able to work with our very tight timeline and got the job done in two days for a great price. I would recommend Impact Printing to my friends and family. read more

After years of using online print brokers and experiencing declining quality & reliability, I gave Impact a shot. I sent them an email for a simple business card quote and within 10 minutes I had a PDF in my inbox. The price was competitive, estimated turnaround time was cut in half, and my order was COD - in other words, they wanted me to examine the work before paying... unheard of these days. Like the previous post, Jeff was my point person, and I have to give him an A+ for delivering on his promises. He takes the time to understand your needs, doesn't pressure you with an up-sell, and produces a fantastic final product. As a Phoenix graphic designer, I'm grateful to have this world class operation in my neighborhood! read more

I have used Impact Printing for a number of jobs over the years, and have been very pleased with their service. The quality of their work is top notch, their prices competitive and fair, and their assistance, recommendations, and attention to detail have all improved my delivered product by a significant amount. In a time where anonymously submitting work to an online printing company and having a product delivered days or weeks later, there's still tremendous value in visiting with a professional and discussing options. read more

Gary at Impact Printing is the man! He goes out of his way to give great service and I love that they will deliver items locally by courier. No need to get in the car. Just email proofs to him and they arrive shortly, hand delivered. This is a great way to support a local printing company, without sacrificing quality and service. They can compete with the big boys on pricing and products. Highly recommend. read more

Impact Printing offers every single positive attribute desired when dealing with any business; high quality results, amazing customer service, and competitive affordable pricing. I have worked with several printers in the past but would no longer trust anyone else to handle my print needs. I have worked primarily with Jeff, who takes the time to understand your company's desires in order to anticipate your needs on all future jobs. I've yet to be disappointed with any creative project placed in the hands of Impact Printing and doubt I ever will. read more

Impact Printing is an amazing local family-owned printing shop. As a designer, I know from experience that a lot of projects are very tricky to produce and the final result depends very much on the production crew. These guys are the best. Time after time they made me and my clients very happy. I would recommend them for any printing job, and especially so to graphic designers looking to get their work done right, with attention to detail and with great care. read more

The company I work for is looking to replace a local printer who recently went out of business and I called Impact Printing to get some information about the services they provide. The gentleman I spoke with sounded less than enthused, was very short in his answers and didn't seem interested in the potential business. The first impression was definitely poor and I would not call back to quote a job. read more

There are isolated situations with any given business but Impact has exhausted my patience for the last time. Rob has a kind demeanor but suffers from either too much work or just simple lack of ethic. There is either no interest in small jobs or just incapable of handling them but worst of all, communication. Constant ignored emails and calls with the excuses of a school grade child. Very unfortunate read more
