We used Impact Printing to print 200 copies of a nearly 200 page color technical instruction manual for a workshop downtown Phoenix. We are from the east coast so all communications were by phone. Allen and his team did a phenomenal job making what could have been a challenging task a smooth process. Customer service was top notch from the first person that answered the telephone. The books were beautiful and a big hit at our conference of over 200 attendees! The price was very competitive and the quality of the product was worth every penny! Our only downside is that we could have used 50 more books! We ran out with last minute registrations of attendees.
