I recently moved from Los Angeles, CA and had to return the Spectrum Internet modem. Spectrum has a program setup with UPS that allows you to return equipment free of charge for shipping and packaging. But since Phoenix is serviced by Cox cable I figured this would be an odd request. They lived up to their reputation. I explained to them the situation and they figured out what needed to be done in a relatively short time and I was on my way. If you're going to have this service and have me wait in line with my packages and then expect me to be able to go on the app when my hands are full, the nice thing to do would be to be pleasant and kind and maybe have a conversation and be courteous??? Just an idea! People do not mind waiting, they too are most likely going to have to do the same. If I could give zero stars I would…read more From the very beginning there was incompetence, and or poor training, leading to unprofessional and unacceptable handling of my account and mail. I tried to use the online notary several times to get the account authorized in the beginning, and each time I waited a long time, and no one ever became available. I then went and got the paperwork notarized in person and submitted it. It was only supposed to take 2 to 3 business days for acceptance. After I believe five days, I finally messaged to find out what the delay was and my account was approved the next day. A piece of mail, a significant check, arrived at Anytime Mailbox and I requested that it be held so I could pick it up. I then received a message saying that they had already mailed it by accident and tagged it with "my bad" instead of "I'm sorry". Very unprofessional. Photo attached. That item became lost in the mail, and I had to request a new check be sent, and I've only just received that new check from the original company after over two months from when I should have received it. While, I can't hold Anytime responsible for the Postal Service losing mail. My guess is that it was probably miss-handled in someway since all of my experiences with the company have been unprofessional and incompetent. I then got another piece of mail, another check at Anytime and requested several times that it be deposited. I even called into the location and spoke to someone and requested it be deposited. I was told that they had sent me a message, but I never received any kind of message, and there was no place to find messages on my dashboard within my account. At least not that I could find. I then asked that it be sent in the mail. I made this request with great apprehension since they had lost my previous one, but I felt like I had no choice since they were not following through on depositing the check as I requested, again several times. Even though part of the service The advertise is that they will deposit checks. That's why I signed up with them. They finally sent the check after several several weeks of practically having to beg them to take action. I finally closed the account due to the unprofessionalism, and/or lack of training and/or incompetence.

This is the worst post office in the country. I've seen staff empty out the same bin into a collection cart while tossing in boxes and muttering insane SON OF SAM things like "stupid people. What's wrong with people? Ugh!" Today I drove all the way over to ship packages with pre-paid postage knowing the staff wouldn't be present but the self-service box would likely be jammed... didn't even get that far! The ship station was out of printer paper and couldn't print ANY labels. I've seen them without receipt paper before, but this time it was the shipping labels and stamps! Wtf. They literally want to do the least, and they won't even let automation step in by letting customers do their job. I've had no less than 4 cases opened with USPS HQ where they've had to investigate the dumbest problems, and only THEN were they resolved. A missing green card, mail holds that never ended, other lost packages that show up after an agent had to research. Never drive to this post office if you need to ship something with a deadline.

They'll make fun of you in the back, and wait forever to hopefully make you go away. There is no enticement for anyone to do extra work for customers, and pride is all but ignored here. Just go to another place, pull your poboxes (where mail is stolen from, I have seen it), and don't give them your service.
