I'm in nursing school and needed a fingerprint clearance card. The first place in Tempe I went to for fingerprints messed up doing them so it came back and I needed it redone. I found this place on google and saw they had good reviews, I called and spoke to Les who got me an appointment right away. I explained what happened and Les was so knowledgeable in finger printing and what would have gone wrong (apparently my finger prints are hard to do since the lines in my print are so thin, so if there is too much ink, it looks like a blob). He was patient, kind, and took his time making sure the prints looked good. He even used a magnifying glass to make sure they looked good and if they didn't he redid them no problem. He guaranteed they looked good and if for any reason it came back again he would help me out. Finally got the clearance I needed for school since Les took his time and cared. I love this place! I used to lug things on different days to FedEx and another day to UPS. This place does both. They also are quite friendly and have a big color printer and do fingerprinting and all kinds of printing. They will compare prices for me too and have advised me when sending through the post office would be a better deal! read more

If you shop online or have any sort of business, you NEED this service!!! I've had my mail coming here for the past couple of years. I don't have to worry about mail theft. I don't have to worry about heat sensitive packages. I don't have to worry about non-delivery since it's a private mailbox NOT a P.O. box... for a small annual fee I can have this peace of mind while everyone else complains about their Christmas packages being stolen. On top of that, I use this as my business mailing address so creeps don't show up at my house! They also have great weekday and Saturday hours so I can easily get my packages after work, and a key/punch code for the mailboxes after hours. Way better service than the post office and better than the UPS store. The new owners are really friendly and even send out text notifications when a package arrives to your box!! read more

A week or so ago, I arrived at this Pack Ship and Print Center to pick up a FedEx package. I was greeted by the friendly Asian women who I always see there and who I believe to be the owner. With her this time was a tall older white gentleman who actually went and retrieved the package for me. My first thought was that this man was being trained as a new employee. He seemed nice enough, as we both exchanged pleasantries. A few days later, I returned to retrieve another Fedex package and was greeted by the same white gentleman (this time he was alone). We had a brief conversation. He handed me my package. And off I went. Just this past Saturday (12/14/2019), I received notification that I had another Fedex package. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed that the white gentleman, who had helped me the last couple of times, was helping a customer at the counter. I was approached by a white women who did not seem very friendly. When I told her that I was there to pick up a Fedex package, she rudely said, "Do you have some ID because I don't know who you are". I was put-off by her tone and was somewhat embarrassed. And as a black man, I immediately felt as though race had something to do with the energy she was giving me. I was also confused as to why the white gentleman did not intervene to say that he had helped me before and that no ID was required. I went to my car to retrieve my ID and when I returned the white gentleman was free to help me. I gave him my ID and he stared at it for at least 5 seconds before he went to retrieve my package. Very interesting behavior, considering that he has helped my on two other occasions (one when the previous owner was present) and that we even had brief conversations. So sad to see the last owner go! I'm definitely not renewing my mailbox! read more

Under new ownership. I mailed a large flat rate USPS box today which normally costs 17.60. The owner rang up $26.40. I questioned him about the rate increase and he replied "It's Christmas, the post office can increase flat rate prices accordingly". I asked him if his software added a surcharge to the shipping fee and he denied this. This gentlemen was incredibly slow and disorganized. I checked the prices for a flat rate large box, and the USPS website states the price is $17.60. This pack and ship is a Total Rip Off. read more

The store is now open during the hours posted and not randomly closed (as the previous owner was doing). You actually feel like your business is appreciated! I needed some fingerprinting done we mailed the fingerprints away and the company that was reviewing said they were unacceptabe The company would not not identify the issue they asked me to re-do them and resend. I am taking my business else where after this christmas holday So disappointed especially at christmas time. They close early the day before christmas eve and are not open at all on christmas eve day. So much for receiving christmas packages that were schedule to deliver on Friday and sat. I was told by shop guy that we have families too. And that any gifts coming in will just have to be after christmas!!! Well guess what big F*** you to this business!!!! We've gone through this process annually for nearly a decade, and I've never had someone be so thorough. They gave us pointers to make sure our prints would turn out well (tip: don't look at the fingerprint card), and then carefully reviewed them to make sure. Would highly recommend. read more
