I have used this store for over a decade for shipping, returns, passport photos and notary services. The employees used to be friendly, considerate and helpful. The past couple years when returning packages to Amazon or other retailers I experience the very intolerant, impatient and immature attitude of the young men (boys) is shocking. Could partially be agism since I am now in my 50's. The ponytailed manager should take some responsibility and train his employees to behave like semi-decent humans. If THIS UPS store does not want to ship returns they should have their store remove as a shipping option from these retailers....not give the customer attitude. I avoid using this store but sometimes it's convenient. read more

Angie is awesome every single time I come in here! She is always kind, extremely helpful, smiling etc. I watched her solve a problem and help an upset customer like a pro while I was here on one of my recent visits. She also helped me with some custom packing on multiple problematic/hard to ship Amazon returns, and went FAR above and beyond when it came to customer service. She is VERY patient as well.. UPS store, get this girl a raise, and keep and eye on her for a mgmt position... if you don't, I just might try to steal her for my business, she's an amazing ambassador! read more

I have sent sensitive items out of this store, on multiple times in the last two experiences I have had only problems with my shipments. Today I work with the store manager who I thought would be some what more customer supportive however he was not at all. The amount of business he runs through this store I am sure errors are going to happen but to the same person who writes legible this is not exactly the company I want to be working with. read more

As a small business (just me) entrepreneur, I often use my local UPS store as my own little "office." It has delightfully surprised me what is available to assist me--- photocopying, laminating, poster & banner design & printing and name badges too. When my printer is down, I simply forward my project to UPS and they print it out for me. If someone needs a post office box, some are here to rent. They have greeting cards, packing & office supplies for easy purchase. Whenever I need to mail packages to my grandchildren, this is where I go. I receive excellent personalized service, especially from Amber. This UPS store is an great resource. read more

I went here yesterday, after having taken a package over to another boutique sorta shipping store that wanted to charge me a fortune. I am glad that I did. UPS shipped it much more affordably. I know that this location can get busy, but other than that, they seem very professional. The lady that helped me yesterday was an absolute pleasure. She was bubbly and sweet and took any pressure off of me for getting it labeled and shipped properly. I will use them again. read more

Needed a notary today, and stopped by this location which we have done a few times. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the woman that helped us, but she was extremely friendly and was able to get our paperwork notarized quickly and efficiently. I have visited this location multiple times for shipping and notaries, and the only issue I've encountered is an occasionally line. However, there's no way a location like this can staff for the random times that things get busy. Thanks for your help, keep up the good work! read more

Walked into the UPS store to see if I could have something mailed out that was sent to me by a company who paid for the packaging. When I got in there Jason the store clerk told me that he could not mail out the package because it was an express package, and then instead of giving me an alternative option of what I could do he just sat there and looked at me. I'm guessing it's because of the color of my skin. I had to run out and go get my wallet to pay for a new package so that it could be delivered through UPS since Jason said that it could not be through the previous package and when I returned Shelby helped me. And Shelby was extremely pleasant she made sure that I had what I needed asked me if I wanted my receipt for the package and I told her I appreciated her service. Shelby definitely outdid Jason in my experience with this location. Hopefully he learns to treat customers better that are of a darker color read more

Horrible customer service. I walked in with a package already labeled. One clerk was helping someone. Cool. Another lady walked in to check her box, and the "boss" walked right after her. She walked up to the counter asked him a question and he, the boss, stopped to help her. After they were done with their conversation, he looked at me and walked to the back. I had avoided this store for over a year due to bad service. Today I decided to try it again as I needed packages delivered...and once again I was disappointed. Rodney behind the counter was friendly enough but seemed too busy to explain fully why he couldn't give me what I needed (a postage paid return label). When I said (politely) "that's fine, never mind, just gimme my receipt for my stamps" I got a sarcastic smile and an under-the-breath "okay, whatever." Anthony gave me options (even a discount) and helped me quick and actually was able to ship my package in the price range I wanted. I will always come to this location! So much for every "ing", Printing options are terrible. Horrible print shop online with few options and no pricing until you go through the pain of creating a job order, uploading a file and the site is so buggy I never did get a quote. Going to Fed-Ex. This has nothing to do with this particular store just their general online tools only does one thing. Drives business away from them. read more

Went there at 8:20am and walked in. No one at counter. Waited about 5 mins and still no one. Heard someone on phone. Music was turned up and I yelled anybody here and she came out With a attitude. POOR customer service! Do NOT have a notary if YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT APPROPRIATELY!!! We went in to have a MVD POA notarized due to us selling an RV. Kid didn't know what to do or how to do it. So he called the "owner". Owner refused to allow him to notarize it stating the bank had to be the one not us. Ummmm.....this wasn't a lien release you were notarizing. I expressed my surprise at the lack of professionalism and knowledge at to which the "kid" yells at me to "get out of my store!" Really awesome customer skills in front of the other employee and customer. Don't offer a service you CLEARLY know nothing about how to utilize. And by the way....I've been in banking for 20 YEARS I'm pretty sure I do! read more

The postage and shipping rates here are high compared to other places. I don't know what it is but every time I come here to ship something or buy postage I expect to spend way more than what I would normally spend at other places. Their reasoning is because they charge more than what the post office charges for convenience, but they are charging more than what other non post office places charge. Ridiculous. read more

I usually just review restaurants, but this place really made an impression. I went in with my big alarm system box that needed to be sent back to the company since I no longer needed their service. I was so nervous that it wouldn't get there in time, but Amber (the employee that helped me) gave me all my options and helped me decide which would be best for me. She took her time and didn't rush me, which helped me relax a bit more. I come here often, but before it was bc it was close to my house. This store definitely gets a lot of traffic especially with the notaries and the custom print jobs that they do. They're great at giving me a selection between the Postal Service and ups pricing and a variety of different delivery dates, it all depends on how much you want to pay. read more
