He took me outside to show me two different U-Boxes. I had many questions, he was very patient and gave me an explanation of how it would work and even discussed how many containers should fit in the boxes. By the way, It was 106 degrees that day! He even recommended what padlocks to buy which I did purchase from Uhaul. Tim was so professional, knowledgeable, respectful and kind.
