Naturally, she knows nothing so she shouts out into the store, "Hey, Joe." Joe doesn't respond. The clerk tells me he's with another customer. So I wait. She checks out the guy behind me and he also cannot find what he needs. After five minutes, I lose patience and leave. It's frustrating because I know they have what I want; I just cannot get to it without a long wait. My suggestions: 1) maintain a sufficient supply of paper slips with the hard drives. 2) hire enough staff to handle customers. I will go elsewhere to buy the hard drives.

The painters cracked the storage footboard of my bed while moving it. I contacted customer service (Michael and Aaron) and ordered a replacement footboard. It took two weeks to come in and was delivered and installed as promised. Once again, the two delivery and installation guys were very polite, neat, and professional.
