The guy behind the counter popped them in a box with some peanuts and away they went! Mon Valley Postal makes sending stuff easy peasy! But, my packages never shipped. So I lost $ and a few clothing items which were valuable. When the buyer doesn't receive their order, I don't get paid. So I did waste $ and my time. The reason I am giving this 5 stars is for the customer service. The gal behind the USPS counter was not only helpful, she was extremely friendly. She treated each customer as if they were a personal acquaintance. She was extremely knowledgeable on all the options I asked about and recommended the best option for my request. To boot, it wasn't the most expensive option. The store is clearly marked and meets COVID standards. Regardless if there is a location closer to me, I will definitely be returning to this store in the future. They also have lots of greeting cards and unique, interesting gifts. They are slow and sloppy. They are slow when there is one customer and when there are many. I have to exercise patience every time I go in here. They have made multiple errors when calculating postage, at my expense. Not only are they reluctant to admit their errors even when clearly pointing out the error, but they are unapologetic as well! Wasting customers time! I keep hoping someone new will be working but it's always these two slow miserable women! It's quicker to drive to the post office on via Linda which has fantastic service!
