Their computer saves all the addresses where you mail packages, so everyone's info was in the computer from last year, making it a very streamlined and quick process. They also offer packing services, which is super convenient. Everyone who works at this location is friendly and welcoming. It's much less stressful than standing in line at the Post Office.

It's near where I live and on the way to and from work. I also appreciate it is near a Great Clips, Blimpies, and only across the street from Fry's and near many great restaurants. It's also an easy place to drop off mail at their courtesy Mail Drop. The hours are weekdays 8 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturdays 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed Sundays. This location has many services including document binding, faxing, mailbox centers, photo printing, sign printing, shipping centers, copy making services, lamination, printing, poster printing, and scanning. While of these services, I have only used the shipping center, I have also stopped here multiple times for Amazon returns, notary services, and even to just troubleshoot mail issues relating to The UPS Store locations. I have also enjoyed shopping for entertaining greeting cards and colorful packaging materials. The employee/owner was on a personal phone call the entire time, didn't greet me when I walked in, and was trying to work with one hand while staying on the phone. What bothered me most was watching her scan my packages and then throw them onto the floor. USPS handling guidance specifically states that packages should not be thrown or otherwise mistreated. Regardless of what is inside, customers should be able to trust that their packages will be handled with reasonable care after dropping them off. As the owner, I would expect a higher level of professionalism and much better care when handling customers' packages. I had planned on using this location regularly, but after seeing how my packages were handled, I don't feel comfortable bringing them here again.

If I could give zero stars I would…read more From the very beginning there was incompetence, and or poor training, leading to unprofessional and unacceptable handling of my account and mail. I tried to use the online notary several times to get the account authorized in the beginning, and each time I waited a long time, and no one ever became available. I then went and got the paperwork notarized in person and submitted it. It was only supposed to take 2 to 3 business days for acceptance. After I believe five days, I finally messaged to find out what the delay was and my account was approved the next day. A piece of mail, a significant check, arrived at Anytime Mailbox and I requested that it be held so I could pick it up. I then received a message saying that they had already mailed it by accident and tagged it with "my bad" instead of "I'm sorry". Very unprofessional. Photo attached. That item became lost in the mail, and I had to request a new check be sent, and I've only just received that new check from the original company after over two months from when I should have received it. While, I can't hold Anytime responsible for the Postal Service losing mail. My guess is that it was probably miss-handled in someway since all of my experiences with the company have been unprofessional and incompetent. I then got another piece of mail, another check at Anytime and requested several times that it be deposited. I even called into the location and spoke to someone and requested it be deposited. I was told that they had sent me a message, but I never received any kind of message, and there was no place to find messages on my dashboard within my account. At least not that I could find. I then asked that it be sent in the mail. I made this request with great apprehension since they had lost my previous one, but I felt like I had no choice since they were not following through on depositing the check as I requested, again several times. Even though part of the service The advertise is that they will deposit checks. That's why I signed up with them. They finally sent the check after several several weeks of practically having to beg them to take action. I finally closed the account due to the unprofessionalism, and/or lack of training and/or incompetence.
