Speed & Accuracy? This team rocks. We needed to have over 150+ training books printed at minute. They were so accommodating and efficient that we used them again. Will be sending more work their way! Great service and Great staff! read more

I rarely write reviews and I could write 2 5 star reviews for Tess and Copyfast Printing Center. She not only did a great job of creating (and fixing) our printing documents - but the large poster, two stand up displays and stenciled tablecloth were awesome. They were on time (A day early!). Reasonable in pricing. Outstanding and helpful attitude - even when we had to make some revisions. Use them for printing, creating, and saving the day. read more

I needed three posters printed within three days and they were able to finish the job on time. I was surprised that after I went in to order the poster and agreed to pay the estimated price I received an email later in the day with a link to payment that I needed to pay before they would begin. I did so and they completed it faster than they promised. The young woman who helped me at the counter was helpful and friendly. I would use this company again. I paid $207 for the three large posters which included the $10 set up fee. It was a clean clutter- free environment. read more

Amazing service, will go above and beyond for your job. All I had to do was email over what I needed, within minutes I got the estimate and the next day my job was done. Easy as that. Awesome staff as well read more

Unable to give quote over the phone. That first wanted you to email document or page count. I know the exact page count, wasn't sure why we still needed email. Basic document, no color and back to back. I didn't want to jump through these hoops. read more

Copyfast is truly the best place to go for any marketing material. I have been going to them for over 20 years. I would not go anywhere else. Juliana and Brandon are amazing and will work with me on anything I need at any time. I can't say enough how good this place this. I am so grateful and happy that someone recommended Copyfast back in 2001. My business would nit be the same without them. read more

Great staff and had my printing job done faster than I expected. Will definitely use them on my next project. Thanks!

Fast is right! I'm running fundraisers for our elementary school and very frequently need half-sheet flyers printed up to advertise those events. I've been working with Tom and Brandon who have been amazing. From placing the order to getting a status to pick-up, their service is top notch. We also just submitted a request to have a large banner printed up for our annual carnival, and the turnaround time on that was great too! Thank you CopyFast! read more

This is a small family owned business that goes a fsntadyic job taking care of it's customers large & small !

My etiquette business has been using Copyfast for over four years and they have been fabulous to work with. Their customer service is great! Nate and Brandon work hard to make the customer is HAPPY and the job is done right and on time. I had them design some marketing pieces for my company and I was very please with results. If you are looking for a trustworthy printing company that is reliable and fast, I would highly recommend Copyfast Printing Center. S Brown It's All About Etiquette read more

I left a business card and requested a call back with an estimate on a reprint. They promised a return call that very same day. Four business days later and no call-back. My guess is that they forgot that there are many other printers in the Scottsdale-Phoenix area. Service is what most interests me. Not smiles, promises or even low prices. It's a high level of service. When that is not available, I move to the next company; which is what I did. I hope they learn that lesson and get their act together before it's too late. Continuous, timely and courteous service is what creates the opportunity for long-term business success! read more

Larry at Copyfast was a pleasure to work with. We're able to print DAY OF! I walked in, told them my needs, they were able to fix my broken file for no cost, show me a sample before we took the dive & then printed what we needed & at a price cheaper than a typical print service like OfficeMax or Kinkos. Recommended to anyone who needs a small or large job!! Worth the drive if you're not in the North Scottsdale area. Within 15 minutes I was out of their office. Everyone from the greeter, to the designer to the print manager were pleasant, helpful and speedy. read more

I am so happy I found this gem of a business. I needed to get prints done quickly and found this business on Yelp and was impressed with their reviews. I stopped in and told them what I needed to be done as I needed it printed on paper I provided. Brandon checked it out and quoted me a fair price for 150 prints. He printed one copy to show me how it turned out before printing all 150 and I am so glad he did. I realized I had sent him the wrong copy! He was patient with me as I searched through my computer for the correct version and when I couldn't find it, another employee came over to help me change the file on my computer. They worked with me for 10 minutes to get the correct print. They were both so helpful. The prints were done within 5 minutes and carefully wrapped for me to take home. I have already been back and will continue to use this shop as their customer service is top-notch! read more

I ordered a box of business cards with raised print on them..I came to pick them up and the bill was $275.00 for 1000 cards. That's 28 cents a piece?! Highway robbery!! I should have got a quote? but still $275 for 1000 cards...I questioned the guy ringing them up,, he looked at a card and said ya that is kinda high. I wanted to run out the door and not pay for them but I did the right thing and fessed up and paid for what I ordered but they could have discounted them some. I feel I got bent over the fence post. $275 ? That's a 50 inch Samsung smart tv. lol read more

I work for a senior living community and we order from Copyfast all the time. The team there is always extremely helpful and courteous. Well, today they managed to top their already amazing customer service! Someone I know recently passed away and I offered to order the programs for a celebration of life service. I looked at several different websites but none could accommodate a rush order at a reasonable price. I left Nate an urgent message and he got back to me right away! He took the time to look at my original idea and then made some suggestions as well- making them exceptionally special. Thank you not only your for quality work but relieving some of my stress! You guys rock! read more

I cannot say enough great things about Copyfast! When it comes to award winning service and product production - they are at the top of my list. It is nice to know that family-oriented, specialized copy centers still exist! I had the opportunity to meet the owners one day, although at that time - I did not know that they owned Copy Fast. After a brief chat with them - I can see why their copy center is the best in town. I knew I loved this place before, but now after meeting them and hearing about the passion they have for their store, their customers and their employees - I am even more thrilled that I have this place to go to for all my copy needs! read more
