They had me cancel my return & retry. The employer even said "tap here" All of a sudden I was told I owe THEM $2.99 to print a label!! It was their mistake & they wouldn't make it right. Ugh Still waiting days for the refund on the one package they accepted. Avoid this "poor customer service" location at all costs!!! All the other locations in the valley are courteous & professional! Go there!! Update: Amazon never received my return. This store actually cancelled it, right after I left. However, when I contacted Amazon, they said that they show on their end the tracking, stating that my merchandise is still in their possession!! Who does that!?! Amazon stated that I was not the first one this has happened too... they actually get alot of complaints about this particular UPS location. Also-- Amazon assured me that my refund will be issued regardless of them stealing my package!!
