I truly wanted to leave a positive review for this shop, but my experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Throughout the entire process I was in touch with a gentleman named Izzy, who is super friendly and a sweet personality. These people made my move across country over 2,000 miles very pleasant when it came to setting up my computer room. 10/10 5+ Stars AAA+++ AMAZING SERVICE. I humored him and he just continued to be disrespectful about my weight. I showed him my verification email I had received to go pick up and he asked for id like 2 times after he had already seen it . Then he kept insisting that he couldn't find my order(it was in his hand) and kept saying something about a ship order. I did not have a ship order and only had a print order. The whole ordeal was very disrespectful and odd

I've never had a bad experience in this store. Once in a while I need weighing/packaging services,…read morebut most often I am just returning items (already pre-packed with a shipping label) and everyone is always nice and considerate either way. Even when there are lines there have been a few times that they've called me up to jump the line because all I need is a receipt, no services or packaging. I've never asked them to do that but that's really nice that they see someone with a pre-labeled package only needing a few seconds of their time (and I mean literally that's all it takes to flash the scanner and hand over a receipt) and they accommodate. It keeps large lines from forming and people from getting perturbed that UPS has pulled all the brown drop boxes from all over town. A+

I'm curious as to why it's called "Copy This, Ship That!" and not "Suggest This, Maybe Ship That!" I don't suggest doing business here. *Update after owns response: I asked for 5, not 50, regular paper size envelopes.. Maybe 8X5. You had more than enough underneath your glass counter space. I called a couple places before Outta PHX and none could complete my order due to business needs for Saturday. I was on the phone with Outta PHX for only 10 minutes and within that 10 minutes, not only did they agree to complete my order for a Saturday pickup, they also redid the sticker design while I was on the phone in a MUCH better way than the original design the Michigan shop was going to print and somehow I got a text saying the order was ready same day. Absolutely saved the day! I cannot say enough about how happy I am with how they turned out! Thank you again Outta PHX, I STRONGLY recommend this business!
