I measured my package online and UPS rate was about 10 bucks so I take it to this location and first they tell me they won't take my perfectly packaged box and it has to be packaged with their envelope or box (4.99) and then they said it will be 20 bucks plus the 4.99!!!!! How did we go from 10 bucks to $25??? One time I needed to borrow a tape to tape my package and they wouldn't let me they wanted me to buy their $5 tape. Never using this location AGAIN! read more

Went to get my Medicare card laminated for easy use in my wallet. What I was given was the equivalent of my card in a zip lock bag. Edges sealed but the card was floating inside. Paid prior...When I got the card I questioned it . Woman in charge was adamant that is how lamination works. Absolutely not. The seal did not even touch the card...I could bend the card in half. She did not give me my money back 4.99. I asked for scissors to show her. When I cut the edge of the seal, the card fell out . Would not listen to me. Clearly the lamination machine (which was turned on to do my job) WAS NOT HOT enough. So frustrating..Won't go back read more

The UPS store has a couple young employees who are ruining its business. First, I was told yesterday that they don't listen to Or answer the company's voicemails and they don't answer the phone. How many people call for project assistance and never get a return phone call, like me? They don't care! Since UPS doesn't answer the phone, voicemail is anyone's only means of contacting the store. Yesterday I asked "you haven't even listened to yesterday's voicemails?" and the reply was No, we're too busy. No one was in the store when I came in yesterday. "By law, we're not allowed to answer phone when we fingerprint" as if that's what the employees do all day long. I dropped off a package two days ago and had to take a photo of my package because they couldn't give me a receipt. Meanwhile I found a couple of perfect anniversary cards for our 25th to purchase. My husband has been chauffeuring me around since my knee replacement surgery and he was waiting in the car with groceries that needed refrigeration in this heat, and I was trying to purchase his cards on the sly. Unfortunately for me, a customer before me had a timely copying and notarizing task and there was only one slow CSR in the store, one of the same ones I saw yesterday. I asked her if I could quickly purchase the cards. No was the response so I asked her to hold the four cards and I'd come back. She said okay. Left a voicemail message the next day promising I'd be in the store please call back when UPS listened to my message. Yesterday was my first attempt to drive and I drove to UPS because I was intent on picking up the anniversary cards for 7/4 and was told by another CSR she put them back yesterday. One of them made a feeble attempt to search for the cards but they both knew they had already been sold. The other one (who was told me they'd been waiting for three days, which was a downright lie wasn't even in the store when I originally came in, and both CSRs had such a poor, non-forgiving, I-don't-give-a-shit attitude I honestly couldn't believe it! These girls have no idea what good customer service entails. As soon as another customer came into the store, the one helping me locate my cards on the rack quickly attended to him. A good time to listen to voicemails is when both reps are free from assisting customers (like they were before I entered the store) rather than sitting around shooting the shit waiting for their shift to be over. Hygiene also plays a role in addressing the public. One needs some serious dental work and look like a professional representing the business, and the other one should definitely not work with the general public very rude, and dishonest. No matter what's going on or how tough an order is, she always has a genuine and friendly attitude to everyone who comes in. This store is the most expensive UPS store around. I thought it was ok, because I mostly do returns, but they've started to charge $3 for one piece of tape if your package isn't perfectly taped on a return. They look for any way to make extra money on top of what they are paid by Amazon. I also got quoted $400 by them for shipping 4 boxes. Another store up the street only charged $300 for the exact same. I'm going to frequent other UPS stores from now on. read more

The amount of Respect I have for Pat and her partner this morning is beyond. Customer service nowadays? It's hard to come by. They both excelled in this. They were friendly and sweet to my friend and I with such kindness. I had to come here to get fingerprinting done for a job, and I was nervous. I haven't had to do those in a hot minute. Not only was she gracious, she has great multitasking skills while helping a customer on the phone, an helping me position my fingers on the scan pad to make sure they were complete and right. This UPS store is great . . . because of the extreme hard work of PAT, (former owner and "acting manager" for new owner, who is never around). She is incredibly friendly, competent and knows everyone and everything! This store couldn't function or be successful without her. Her commitment, although she is not the owner anymore is unwavering. She works 6 days a week and I have a hunch that she is not being properly compensated for her loyalty--two days a week off is not a lot to ask!!$$ She works tirelessly because she has formed friendships and business relationships with her customers, they trust her and I'm afraid what would happen to this UPS location if she decided to leave. I have been a customer here for many years (like 15ish) and even retained this PO Box when I was working out of state for a few years. Pat is always welcoming, friendly and happily offers any assistance when needed. While there are plenty of places to get a PO Box, I have stayed with this location because of the staff...particularly Pat. Too many businesses forget that customer service should be number one priority. During these trying times, it makes it even more pleasant to have a friendly hello. I was a little flustered and Pat came right from behind the counter and helped me without hesitation. I just want to add, that if the prices are a 'tad high' at this store as I saw mentioned in another review, Please pay the extra few dollars and here's why: (UPS is a chain) but this is a local owned business by a member of the community & it proudly says so on the door as you enter.
