I have made quite a few attempts to like this store because it is close to home but the employees make it impossible. There is constant employee turn around. The service is slow, they will take a personal phone call while customers are waiting in line, constantly quote me high prices on the shipping I routinely do and insist there isn't a cheaper way to do it even though I know for a fact there is. I always left there frustrated and angry and I am a very easy going person! The other UPS store I have begun to use on Central and Dunlap knows exactly who I am, they greet me by name when I walk in the door and ALWAYS give me the best and lowest priced way to ship my items. I came to this location to get fingerprints done for the California Bar association. I did this after calling Arizona livescan who contracts out locations this UPS store is one of the locations I should be able to get this fingerprint done at. I get here the woman who is doing the fingerprinting thought that the California bar was I was going to work at a bar. She had no idea what to do how to get the fingerprints done or even with the California Bar association was. The guy who appeared to be the manager, was snippy and said if I didn't like their services I could go elsewhere. I am going elsewhere. I recommend everybody else go elsewhere also. I was having ample printing problems with my document but Pat was so very kind and helpful. I felt calmer in her presence. I spoke with her on the phone before coming to then store and then once in the store, I watched her assist other customers, who were far from pleasant, (she was the only employee working on a busy Saturday), but she kept her warm, helpful demeanor the entire time with everyone. Most people would and could not be kind in that situation, but Pat was professional and I am so glad she was the one working and there to help! I submitted a simple printing request online for copies of my Christmas letter Friday morning with a completion time of 3:30 that afternoon. I saw on the online tracking status that it would be late. Okay no big deal, I figured I would check back the next day since it's a busy time of year. I check in the next morning and it appears that their system is having difficulty receiving orders and they would have their supervisor take a look to see what was going on. So I said I would call back later that day for an update. I called and didn't get anyone and left a message to get an update. Still no response/call back and the business is closed today. This store in particular has the worst customer service. I came in and asked Diego for the cheapest possible postage on a tiny manila envelope and he charged me over $8 to mail just one of them. Then the next day I went to the UPS store on Dunlop and they only charged me $2 for the exact same delivery. I went into this location again yesterday to send back a return from Amazon. The shipping was already paid for; and Diego insisted on charging me $5 to print out the shipping label. It would probably cost them 10 cents to print. I told him that other locations would not charge me a penny to print out the label. He continued to argue and refused to ship the package. THE SHIPPING ON THE PACKAGE WAS ALREADY PAYED FOR THROUGH AMAZON. This location is price gouging and cutting corners to boost their sales. You might think you're making more money doing this, but you've lost at least one customer to this location. I will never go back into this UPS store. I then drove to another UPS store not far away. Would you like to know how much they charged me to print out the shipping label? Not a single cent. I do not recommend this location. I contacted the manager Ben, left a message and never heard a response back either. Customer service is of utmost importance... it's too bad this location is lacking in that area. read more

To the owner of this store: Hire help and do it quickly. It was painful to watch other customers enter and then leave since they didn't want to wait in line, while other customers in line were rude towards the only employee. Treat your staff well, train them and give them permissions to refund customers, and not have to call other stores for help on the phone. Make your business run well by training well, and obviously being staffed properly. To the employee Chastity: You are great at your job no doubt. You handled a line of 8 people with ease and efficiency. Most UPS stores have at least 3 employees every time I go in there. Not this one. It's frustrating to have to wait in line when other locations have more help, but in this case, Chastity, you did your job with exceptional grace and composure....Keep up the great work. read more

Don't expect to pay the price that is posted for packaging as the register price will be higher. You'll get the excuse that they just changed the price in the computer but didn't change the tag showing the price. You'll be told they can't change the price in the computer to match the advertised price. Poor business and will never return. read more

The previous owner sold the business, now it's an official UPS store. The new owners are fine, but the prices went up significantly. We've used this address for several years, never had a problem. You can put a deposit down (used to be $5.00) and get a key so you can get your mail anytime. Packages too big for the box need to be picked up during regular business hours. I had just come to visit this town from CA and I asked for prices on renting a mailbox from from Pat she never gave me a monthly or quarterly price only a high price for the 13 months , which was 200. 00$! For some reason I took and asked for a return later around and hour later her coworker wouldn't even give me calling number to speak to the owner since they are franchise . On 10/11/18 I sent my sister her video camera (From Arizona to Rhode Island) UPS delivered my sisters camera to the INCORRECT address. Even though, I had the correct address written on an address label with a chisel sharpie. The man behind the counter put the wrong address on the package, it was one letter and one zip code number off. I purchased insurance. But guess what?...Delivering to the incorrect address is not covered by UPS insurance, because get this... IT WAS DELIVERED.... just not to the correct address... so they've washed their hands of this situation. I worked patiently with the store staff all through November, December and January. During that time I had been told the package was found and was being sent back, THAT WAS A LIE. I was told that the camera was delivered, that they sent the UPS delivery person back to see if they could get it back. Over the course of three months I was told several stories. They found the camera, the didn't find the camera, that a claim was filed, but it wasn't. Apparently none of that happened... Finally in mid December I spoke to a nice lady at that store and they opened a claim... but the claim was quickly closed because the package was DELIVERED.......to the WRONG ADDRESS. Finally out of frustration I contacted the corporate office... three weeks go by and the answer is still well the package was delivered, so there is nothing they can do.. what hell do you buy insurance for? So I contact the store and ask for the owner... all they can give His name and number... a week a half later he offers to reimburse me for the shipping only. Basically this UPS store has no liability in this situation at all. If you're shipping something valuable, find another option. Unless you want four months of hell. At this time, I would caution anyone who chooses UPS as a delivery service. The customer service and follow up has been horrific, I truly believe they have been attempting to run out the clock on this issue. February 11th, was four months since I sent my sister her camera.
