I came in to get help with a very fragile curved monitor that when i was moving across country the movers i hired would not move the monitor without the original box. So I (in a panic) went to this Fed-Ex office and they came out and went above and beyond! I mean WOW!!! The kind lady at the front did all the measurements and told me they were able to ship it across country safely. Not only did it come safely but upon opening it you could tell it was packed with care. Throughout the entire process I was in touch with a gentleman named Izzy, who is super friendly and a sweet personality. This FedEx does not get enough recognition! Let me start by all the staff members are equipped and ready to just come right up and help answer any questions and get your needs met. I come here for all my office needs! Whether it be printing photo framing collages or scanning. If you need any office help they have it. And there shipping is actually Farley inexpensive (not as cheap as usps). Clean friendly and right next door to where I live so best location for me. I always have the best experience when I come in here. But I ha e to be honest it opens up a little later then I like as I'm an early bird, but no reason to not give them a shout put of the great job they do. I just plan my day and errands a little better with what time they open. Manager is the best highly knowledgeable when it comes to printing any color the framing the shipping... that why I am guessing he is a Manger right...lol. I remember back in the day when this was Kinko's Copies! But now, it's a FedEx Office Center. Pretty much the same thing, just a new name. Came in to utilize the printing services. The office space was neat and organized. The employees were either available to help or assisting other customers. They were rock stars. There were plenty of computers, printers, and work areas- and it seemed like they could support any type of office needs. The staff was very friendly and outgoing to each customer. They were pretty impressive. Aside from the awesome staff- I appreciated that I was able to get everything I needed done without having to rely on assistance. Just like any FedEx-type office place, there are card readers at the computers so you can do your biz... print, and go. Easy peasy. read more

I am an artist, I'm not sure if you guys knew that. Occasionally I have to ship art to people who purchased a painting. This week to went to the local PackMail and tried getting 2 paintings packed and shipped. They told me it was going to be close to $90. I was like Oh no Mr. Jackson, I will find a another option. I took my art and headed to the UPS store. Again I was surprised by the amount of money they tried to charge. It was less, but only by a few dollars. I said thanks for the pricing info and vroom I was headed to the FedEx store. Walked in and in and was instantly greeted by the most pleasant people. I told them the situation and asked for pricing and they told me it would be half of what I was quoted at the other shipping places. They talked me thru everything and explained the packing and shipping game like I was a player myself. I honestly felt like I had made a shipping and packing connection with Ashley and Carlos that day. They made my life so much easier it wasn't even right. Those two employees ranked a whopping 10 on the They're So Good It's Stupid Meter!. They were busy as all heck in there, but you would have never known it with the time they took to make me feel confident my art was in good hands. I come to this location pretty regularly and something about the experience always turns me off. They aren't friendly at all. Ferdinand always seems especially put off by my requests and questions. Today he told me he'd have to start over on something so he didn't want to do it. I find myself always hoping I don't have to be "helped" by him when I go in. Another employee was taking a personal call while I was waiting in line. They just all seem to do the bare minimum while being civil at best. Have used this location for many years for business printing and shipping. They always have been responsive and professional. Today I had a need to have some notebooks made for a project that needed to be completed in hours. I dropped the materials off at 3 pm and picked the finished product at 8 pm. DONT spend the money to ship a package with fed ex. I paid 150 to get a "guaranteed" overnight delivery from Phoenix to Santa Fe ! The guarantee was 10am on Saturday! My flight was Saturday night and the package had my passport since my wallet was stolen. The package went to Santa Fe and was delivered Monday at 10am !!! The customer service I experienced was the worst I have ever experienced. I talked to 7 people and got 7 different answers. The training isn't there so I assume they make things up and promise things they can't deliver!! Use UPS or DHL you will be better off!! I am still fighting to get a refund but the last person I talked to said" good luck getting your money back"!! read more

I don't like showing up to a business and having to go out of my way to go there and having them be closed during posted open hours and having to again return. Amazing way to start my Monday morning. It was my first time at this location and was unfamiliar with this stores layout. One of the employees (Mike Smith) asked what He could help me with. I was there to print out my resume off of my phone. Having told him I just come from a different office store with no luck he directed me to their Cannon printing station. He began walking me through the steps into what file type I needed to convert my documents into, how to connect and send to their printer, black and white or color, double or single sided and how many copies I needed. He answered all of my questions along the process and before I knew it, I had fifteen sets of my resume ready to go. All of their equipment was up to date with industry standards and compatible with my iPhone 12. The price point per copy was very generous and agreeable. Had a package sent to me in Pine, AZ coming from Bloomington, CA. It left Bloomington on Jan. 10th. It reached Phoenix Jan 13th. Since then, it has gone back and forth from Phoenix to Tempe, Az eleven times. I know that you won't believe me so I will furnish the tracking number. I called FedEx Smartpost and was told that the shipper paid for the cheapest delivery so they are keeping it on the truck until the delivery date of Jan 24th. Very helpful and friendly. I've been here twice and the employees are very friendly and know the business well. I didn't have to wait long for service and the location was convenient for me. Right next to the Wendy's off of Greenway and 7th. Parking hasn't been an issue and they have all the supplies and more that you would need. I do however have a problem with my package arriving damaged after it was transferred to "smartpost". Considering they packaged it for me here I thought everything was good to go. Now I'm trying to find out "who is responsible" for a claim I want to file since all the legal jargon seems to indicate fedex isn't responsible. Not a happy shipper here read more

I presented at the FedEx office today for passport photos, and found the only 2 FedEx employees on duty locked into (what seemed like) a never ending circular discussion with a dissatisfied customer. I finally gave up and left to get the photos elsewhere. This is the 3rd time I've visited this FedEx location over the last year, and it's never good. I agree with the general observation that the location is great and the management poor. Although I have trouble with the language used by some of the reviewers, it's easy to understand the frustration. Went here today to make a fax. I was asking how to use the fax and how to make a payment to an employee with the name of Tucker. So I started to fax (haven't faxed something in a long time)... as Tucker is standing right in front of me, couldn't be bothered to be spoken to nor ask for help. Then he tells me I made a mistake while faxing and need to redo it and also repay it!!!! This is all while he's staring into space and texting on his phone. I tell him I will not repay and I would like a refund for the first transaction, since he couldn't bother to help me in the first place. Everyone seems happy to assist with copying or shipping needs, and it's a nice sized store that never has a long wait to use anything. They also offer free wifi to customers. I just found out today that they take credit and debit cards and you don't have to prepay their card. How convenient! I like having that choice. read more
