This store is super lucky to have Gary as an employee. He patiently answered my 1,000 questions as I was shipping an antique bookcase. It had no market value but significant sentimental value, and this was my first time needing a crate or using overland trucking for anything. He explained the costs, gave me a few prices to have it sent to different cities, assured me the vendor they use for overland is superb, and even helped me get it out of my vehicle when I brought it in. I just got off the phone with them. I dropped off a package the 27th of October. It's now November 1 and tracking said it is still at their facility. It was packed PRIORITY. When I called, I asked if they still had it. The young lady, very rudely, said " no! The usps probably didn't scan it. Call them". And she quickly dismissed me. No empathy, no "I'm sorry this happened ", just a quick blame shift and done. Terrible customer service! read more

I ordered an expensive pick-up, packing & transport including insurance for a sculpture I bought from an auction house that was going to me in Sweden. The sculpture broke in the transportation, I have tried to get hold of this company through several ways but no one answers me. It's been several months now... Now I stand here with a broken sculpture that has cost me over 3000 US Dollars. I was told to go and check this place out because it was close to home and close to my husbands office. I was quoted $60 for ground shipping on a product that I took to the post office and shipped priority mail for $18! Please tell me why the huge mark up?!?! The $10 box with these guys cost me two dollars at U-Haul and $1.50 for a package of tape, and they let me use an X-Acto blade to cut it down to size!! So for $22... I got priority mail and I saved myself 38 extra dollars! read more

I come here often and every time I've been welcomed by the staff, who are knowledgeable and helpful, and I've been in and out within just a few minutes -unlike when I go to the post office and stand around for 5 minutes in line just to finally reach the counter and stand there for 5 minutes! One of the rudest encounters I've ever had. They misspelled the address (typing is very hard) and my package was sent back to sender. I asked if they would resend it with the correct spelling and they did. Only to receive a call saying they refused to send it and I must come pick up my package. As I went to fetch my package I asked for a refund since the service was not completed. They refused so I acknowledged that I would have to dispute the charge and that is when the crazy lady behind the counter lost it. And said she would send her lawyers after me. As I asked for a receipt for proof she declined and then I decided to leave. As I did her husband came out to the front screaming at me and forcing the receipt I was previously declined upon me. After my spouse called to inquire about the incident they completely changed the story and started to yell at him and hung up on him 4 times in a row. Very professional. I have been coming here for 5 years and will never come back. I will go the the UPS store a stones throw away and I encourage you to do the same. This business is pathetic. I purchased a vintage bar light at a auction in Pheonix, Not understanding that they would not pack and ship it for me (should have read the fine print). The drive from So. Cal did not excite me. I called everyone in the Phoenix area that advertised the needed services. Talked to Gary. A very nice and helpful guy. They picked up, packaged and shipped the light for $25 - $125 less than quoted by anyone else. Received the light today. Great job packing such a fragile item. Poor Customer service. I had a package shipped from them in AZ to my work in NJ. When the package showed up in NJ it was the wrong thing. Then for about 2-4 hours they couldnt locate my package. Then once they located my package they said it wasnt a big deal what happened and that I was only getting my package 1 business day later so it wasnt a big deal. They were confused as to why I was so upset with receiving the wrong package. Maybe because the whole point of shipping is to send the correct package to the correct place in the correct amount of time the customer pays for. So basically they got the second part right and not really because they estimated 3-5 days of shipping but since I didnt get guaranteed specific delivery date that there was nothing they could do. Im a little confused by that I thought if you said it was 3-5 days shipping that means it should come in 3-5 days guaranteed not 6. Then when I called and was frustrated about the package mix up they acted like it wasnt a big deal and were mean to me on the phone and would not provide me any compensation for the mix up. If you want to use a shipping company that only does half of their job and wants a pat on the back for it then use Airpark pak n Ship, if not go elsewhere. read more
