    Package was delivered to the location on 7/3, per UPS tracking stated i had until 7/10 to pick up. On 7/8 I attempted to pick up my package. I was informed my package was not there and would need to contact the seller. I asked why my package wasn't there and was told that I must be wrong. I provided the tracking number and was told that the drivers scan packages they don't deliver. So now the blame is passed on to the driver. I asked her what I could do and she said to come back on Monday The person at the store marked my package refused when I attempted to pick it up. I emailed customer service. If you see my email to UPS Customer service it was sent at 10:03 AM on Saturday 7/8, they are closed on the weekends so they didn't mark it refused. At 10:43 AM the store marked it as refused. I contacted support on Monday and was told I refused the package so they couldn't stop the return. I explained I didn't mark it refused and attempted to pick my package up but there was nothing they could do. Lesson learned, never using this store again. I'll continue to use the store on 19th Ave and Union Hills, I have never had an issue with pick up or returns at that store. .

    Haven't been able to write about this store in a bit , but we still haven't had a refund and ups still won't accept responsibility! Please if you are shipping a package do not use this store! Horrible customer service as you can see in the pictures of the e mail!!! Unless you want to have them loose your stuff and be rude to you then use them! If not go to another store! This has happened to serval people i have talked to so not just a one time thing with this store!

    I have had a mailbox here for over a year and the service is excellent. The small staff are always helpful and friendly. I have had things shipped, packed, faxed and copied and I never had a problem as they are there to assist you. I can get to my box after hours and they don't mind if you call to see if you have a package. The candy bowl is a plus too.

    Plenty of  spaces in front of the store.

    I stopped in on a Monday to have a document notarized, a copy made and sent out. Michie helped me. She was courteous and helpful.

    Good location, friendly service and great hours. No complaints here. Oh and plus you can get your USAA checks deposited with ease.

    Awful place! They appear to have a high turnover of employees. The owners are rude and short and…read moredon't care about making a process easier, more efficient and they could care less about their customers! The male owner is very abrupt with females, this may be a cultural thing for him, but hello! You live here now and you have female customers also! I now drive out of my way to take care of my business because convenience is not worth the rudeness I have experienced at this place. The employees here are also rude and apparently just like the owners! I refuse to give my business to people who don't care about their customers! I have heard from a former employee that they would take pkgs for the contents, that the owner doesn't consistently review the cameras because it costs him money to use? And that young staff were getting high in the back with the much older UPS guys. When the owner was told he tried to shame the person that was concerned and made excuse that the underage employee can't buy drugs. Yikes. So, not concerned AND an idiot!!

I replied back, I need your assistance and he said, I didn't know that. As I'm in line in front of him. He scanned my return and asked, what else? I said I have another shipment pointing to the other package on the counter. He replies we don't give receipts for those. That's fine, but can you acknowledge that you'll accept it first? Start with saying hello or welcome in or how can I help? Not, what's the problem? Do better and hire humans with customer service experience. The customer service is always a hit or miss here.
