I've used this UPS store numerous times. All with great success... However, this week, I paid $226.00+ for overnight shipping. My client wanted to take the day off to receive her $450 order. The store said the package would arrive next day by noon. My client called me and stated she had not received the package. I searched on behalf of her, it showed it was delayed until the next day. I called in regard to getting a refund of the difference of shipping. Not a full refund. Meerily, the difference between overnight and two day as the service they ended up providing was two day, not overnight. I called to file the claim. They called back and said it had been denied due to "weather". I understand the weather is unpredictable but not one person at the store said, "there may be a delay". Their words were it will arrive tomorrow. BY NOON. I refused to settle for a denial. They referred me to the UPS customer service line. I called and waited on hold only to be told to call the store. I explained I had already spoken to them. They said they would need to take my complaint. Basically sending me in circles. As a fellow business owner, I can't imagine charging someone for a premium service and then giving them a sub par service and just expecting people to be ok with that. Went against my better judgement and shipped UPS again after this, less than a week later and GUESS WHAT?!!! DELAYED!!! They guaranteed me there were no forseen delays. Now my package is sitting in a warehouse somewhere. If anyone has an recommendation, I'm adding UPS to the list with USPS for worst service. Apparently FedEx is known for being speedy, guess that'll be my next stop. read more

Get a notary who knows what they're doing! This is twice now that I've gone to this location and they refused to assist me because they have no clue what they're doing and can't read instructions. So I went to Wells Fargo nearby and got it done in under five minutes! And they do it for free! read more

Great Customer Service This location has it all, in-store and online printing, document finishing, a mailbox for all of your mail and packages, notary, packing supplies, shipping, and helpful staff. My packages are always delivered on time and I never have to wait more then a few minutes. read more

My father passed away from cancer and all I wanted is to send some of his things to some other family members and the young blonde girl helping me get a box would not simply show me the box sizes she kept stating she needed the dimensions which I didn't know that's why I ask to see what they had but she insisted I had the dimensions what kind of idiot doesn't understand I don't know the dimensions show me what you have !!! read more

I gave them a "delicate" job to do, and they did it so well that the recipient of the antique crystal vase who lives in New Hampshire told me that I should get a job in shipping fragile, valuable items, because "You did such a good job of packaging it!" It arrived safely and on time...actually, one day early, but since it was something which required a signature, it was delivered right on time today!! Thank you, Ladies!!! I don't usually write reviews but I have to say something. As the service was fine but my problem was with the clerk. His forearms and knuckles had scrapes and cuts all over them. The thing that was too much for me though is that he was actively bleeding and that's not cool at all. Get a band-aid on or wrap up your arm but don't think it's ok to work like that especially with customers and other employees. Nasty. read more

I utilized this store two days in a row this week. I typically visit the store on 91st and northern. The staff at this store were condescending and unknowledgeable. I often use the printing service (email to them and have them print) and have never been charged a "computer fee" for printing, only the price per page. Today I was charged and politely asked what the charge was for and the cashier looked as though I had cursed at her or something. I print frequently for work, and though I am reimbursed I will be taking my business elsewhere! -extra fee -rude staff -inconsistent prices read more

Apparently there is a package limit. I went today and the female employee with curly brown hair told me I have too many packages and their truck driver has a full truck so they can't take them. I have never heard of UPS having a limit on the packages they will take. The employee told me to go to the post office. Horrible service. You're a packaging company. How does that make sense. read more

I use UPS as a number one resource for my electronics business and with some locations letting me down, this one never fails to be a 10/10 on customer service, cleanliness, and efficient. I literally am in and out with a 5 package order in under 5 minutes when it's not busy! PAT is the one person that inspired me to write this. We have used the services of Mike and Crew for 10 years and, though we have been extremely satisfied with everything, have never taken the time to say thanks on Yelp and do a review; sorry guys..our bad! We receive and ship packages for our business and personal needs, use their P.O Box, have business cards printed, and have had banners and signs printed. They are always eager to help; with questions, design needs / suggestions, best way to ship advise, etc. and do so with a smile. I went in yesterday afternoon to mail a package. While I appreciate the use of a clear tape dispenser to secure my package and the banter with a customer checking her p.o. box, I was left waiting while the clerk answered the phone. She completely ignored me and keep up her conversation about closing the store and the cash on hand that needed to be deposited. Hum...which bank? If she had merely said "one moment and I will be with you " I would have waited at the counter. She was still on the phone when I headed for the door after 10 minutes.
