What a Great place!!. ...perfect size so no overcrowding. I've been to others where they are " too busy". I can't have that in my line of work. I travel and cannot have people handling my mail and packages that I cannot trust. I have moved from Phoenix to Mesa so it's a 30 minute drive when traffic is good. I will not switch to a place that is closer! The same lady is always there( I'm guessing that is Merci) . She is so nice! She has even called ME if there were issues with my packages . Everyone is aware the mail system sometimes has issues and for her to call me in advance is absolutely outstanding service. I'm sure there were LOTS of calls to be made since the issues usually affect everyone on those days but she took the time out ....that's outstanding!! I don't recommend businesses too often. I have used this store for shipping on many occasions. Today, I had to ship computer equipment, and had the good fortune of meeting Sherry. She was kind, patient, friendly and professional. She didn't try to overcharge me by selling unnecessary items or oversized boxes. She fit two monitors, a laptop, base, keyboard, headphones and multiple cables in a parcel the size of shoe box. She then diligently packed and secured it for shipping. Sherry is amazing ! She provides a level of customer service, and attention to detail that is extremely rare these days. read more

I was so happy with my experience. The business has a real small town feel. Merci remembers her customers and really seems to care about them. From the first time I went here to ship items of high sentimental value, truly irreplaceable items, Merci gave me solid recommendations and helped make sure everything arrived safely. She has no control once it leaves her store, but she certainly does everything possible to give packages that leave her store the best chance of arriving safely.
