Very rude service. I scheduled an appointment to get a document notarized. As soon as I walked in the lady going to notarize my document immediately asked if my mom spoke English because she could not notarize a document if my mom didn't know what she was signing. I told her this document is for my mom and understands what she is signing my mom even said she understood and told us she couldn't notarize to try a local branch that has Spanish speakers. Definitely felt racism was a factor, never coming to this store again. read more

I went to this store on 1/27/26 to return some car leaf springs that came from Kanas through UPS to my house with out boxes. When I had to return the leaf springs to the company do to them being the wrong ones I figured that I could take it to this UPS store and have no issues, but that is not what I found there! Instead of customer service, I found very unhelpful employees! The employees didn't want to help me at all, they said that the driver would refuse to take them and they wouldn't even double check if that was true. I checked the UPS website on this matter and they do send them like this and recommend to wrap it with bubble wrap, and or wrap it with plastic wrap but not required. I hope this issue can be taking care of because it was a big issue for me and the time line I have to returns these parts. Thank you! read more

The instructions regarding my return indicated to place my items in the box it arrived in with the packing slip and to seal the box. I arrive at the UPS store and the cashier is complaining I followed directions. Me: look that's between you and Nine West (the retailer). I was irritated. Just process the return already and quit complaining about it. Contact your manager or the retailer that you're upset with . Unprofessional to get angry at customers like myself for following return instructions exactly as they are written when we need to make a return. I showed up @ 8am and doors were locked. From the moment I entered, the lady whined about their email and web service being slow. I'm used to Kohl's scanning Amazon bar codes so I hadn't labeled my box. She said I needed to do that, so I asked if I can do it there. Yes, just email the label to her store, except it won't show up for an hour. I finally let her know I can't spend my morning at her store. It's so unprofessional to whine to the customer, especially about issues that need to be addressed by the corporate HQ. People are there to mail out packages, not to be your counselor for technical issues. read more

I had a package for Next Day Delivery that was delayed for some reason and called customer service as soon as they opened to have the package held for me at this UPS store since I could not wait for them to deliver it in which they ensured me that it would be waiting for me. I arrived at 8am and the package was not only not at the store but I was told that it was never off-loaded from a truck but could not tell which truck or where it was. I was given the manager's name, Angel, and number to call since I was told that she was the only one that could track the package's whereabouts. I called a few times and left a voicemail saying that it was urgent and I would appreciate any help that she could provide. She called me back hours later with total rudeness and attitude telling me there was nothing she could do. I was called by a customer service number saying the package would be at the store by 5pm. When I went to the store, they told me that it was not there and they have no idea where it is. Online it says it was then checked into the store at this point. So I went back to the store the following day to be told AGAIN that the package was no where to be found and they were unwilling to look in their store to help me. I asked someone else at the front desk to please look because this has been a huge issue so far and FINALLY after waiting for 30 minutes they found it. With all that said, I have never been so disappointed in customer service before. I understand there is only a certain amount that we can control but to have NO ONE willing to help me and with no urgency in finding where my lost package was, I can't imagine that this is deemed acceptable. read more

I rarely need shipping services but I do come here to print the occasional document(s). I find it easier and cheaper to just hand over my flash drive. tell them the name of the doc(s) in question and have them print it in color or b/w rather than running to the office store on the rare occasion I try to fire up my home printer and it tells me I need to buy $60 worth of ink because its been too long since I used it to print the 2 pages I bought ink for last time. They do have notary services, and sell bubble wrap and stuff - so there's that if you need those. They WILL accept USPS priority mail flat rate envelopes, but they don't use USPS - so they weigh them and ship them UPS and charge accordingly, so don't plan on this being a one-stop shop if you have other mailing to do unless you want to fork over extra cash. I've got some docs to print this week, so I'll head down there this week. read more

The manager S. Guntherie refused my packages and had them returned back to sender! THEN I spoke on Onkar (other manager) to find out why his manager would refuse my packages when ups rerouted them to his location- his response was to deny that manager did that, then say that's what was supposed to happen because I don't pay money each month to own a mailbox from him, then tell me I should have called his location ahead of time and notify them NOT to refuse my packages. So basically no issues or ever resolved, the manager only wants peoples money, a super unprofessional and don't plan on getting anything resolved or delivered from this location unless you're paying the manager for something Thank God for Lauren! Lauren was super helpful to me at this location - thank God she was so patient with me because I super upset to be sent to 2 different locations for my Christmas presents for my kids that was supposed to be here on 22nd. Update : 1-03-18 (12:02pm) just found out Lauren was fired because management said she should have lied to me about what happened to my packages. Management said Lauren made them look bad by telling me the truth. Wow 1-06-18 read comment from UPS manager. I will make sure to notify UPS corporate that when they gave me the information on who refused my package that they were in fact "incorrect". I would think that the corporate office is a more reliable source of information than a UPS franchise location who's owner can't seem to give me a straight answer in a 3 minute window. read more

I was informed it was scanned wrong so I couldn't track the number until 6 days later and all it tells me is that it's been scanned, not enroute, obviously not delivered. Worst service ever. I came in to get my fingerprints done for my new job I paid to out of pocket to basically start work well unfortunately for the finger prints to be valid the employee needs to seal the prints in a manila envelope and signed or the state will think the prints are tampered with. So my boss sent me back in to get my prints redone meanwhile staff is giving me the run around that they currently cannot redo my prints and I would have to wait for that one employee to come back and redo them not I have to even get started with work and even though I was not rude or yelling body posture of the employee made it seem very hostile as if I was going to start a a scene. read more

I went UPS because I thought the service and quality would be better than U.S. mail. I WAS VERY WRONG. I mailed two separate packages costing $30 in shipping and with a total value of $150 dollars. One package never arrived and the other arrived after having been open and having the contents stolen. It has been almost a month and I only find out information when I call to ask for an update. I was told by the store that UPS has tried to close out my claim without paying me. Today when I called I was told "I'll follow up today, if I get a minute. We're very busy." So I'm out $180 total with no recourse but to wait until they get around to fixing it. I guess once they have your money it doesn't matter what happens to your packages. I will NEVER use UPS again and will let everyone who is shipping not to use them either. read more

WOW!!! So it started with the DRY personality over the phone. Then to get the same in person! You would ALMOST think at a time like this(COVID-19), people would be grateful to be working, have a job, have people supporting, having a pay check, and not stuck at home and wondering where they're next pay check is coming from. Guess that just my irrational thinking? I walked in and literally Ariana rolled her eyes as if i just ruined her day while she was wiping down counter tops. I made a mental not and thought " wow same as on the phone." I proceeded to great her, and asked how she was doing, that was kind of a customary thing people USED to do. With the look of disgust and the body language to top it off...she ignored my salutations and replied with "How Can I help you?" With sigh to end her statement. From there I kept it strictly business all the while feeling like nuisance to this very visible unhappy individual. At a time like this with Covid-19 I would of never guessed, and haven't seen it till NOW, an ungrateful CUSTOMER SERVICE representative. This place is 1.8 miles from me. I'll TAKE MY BUSINES TO THE 2.2 mile store. "Customer Service is NOT a department, it is an ATTITUDE!" First, I called the store to get an estimate to mail a large box and was immediately helped. The UPS insurance coverage was $100, instead of $50 by USPS. You get a little more. Afterward, Ryan, employee at the store unloaded the box from my car, and even gave me my AAA discount. You should give Ryan a raise and let him know how much I appreciated his help today. He quickly and accurately processed everything so efficiently! Over the years, I have made copies, sent faxes, scanned documents, and used their notary services. ONLY because I have to give them a rating. But man this location is absolutely unprofessional and treats people.gorrible, give out wrong information AND blame others. Verified the night BEFORE that I could get finger printing done on a weekend. I was told yes. From 10AM -2PM. So I get there at about 10:15 - 10:20 AM and told them EXACTLY what I needed. They said ok it will be a few minutes. After helping about 10-15 others they come and say that they probably won't be able to help me while helping others who kept coming in. My husband ended up leaving and about 15 minutes later I had him come pick me up. They had the nerve to tell me to go to another location after waiting to be helped for 40 minutes. They could have told others to go to another location while I get assistance. They told me that they don't turn on the finger printing machine on the weekends. Again, they could have said that the night before or when I FIRST got there 40 minutes previously. I have reached out to the corporate office and filed a complaint and will NOT let this down. It's the point of what they did and how little they care. HOPEFULLY a district manager or area manager or someone from corporate will reach because that was 100% avoidable from the get go. Then I get home and call 30 other locations for finger printing and was told that there are no UPS stores that do digital sna finger printing. I have been trying to get this done since Tuesday. My deadline was Thursday 9/8. If I lose my job over this, UPS is looking at a world of trouble because of this. Stay away from. UPS and Fedex. Both are ridiculous. read more

I will no longer utilize this business as they charged me two dollars for 6 inches of tape to secure a box I was returning back to Amazon. if I knew this I would've taped it myself I could've bought a whole roll of tape for that money. This place is awful. I will never go to this UPS store again. They made me pay $2 for tape to seal a box for something that I returning to Amazon. I have gone to many other UPS stores and they have never charged me for this. I have plenty of other shipping choices around me, so replacing the store with someone else is an easy task for all my future shipping needs. I think the employee at the store just didn't know what was going on also. The lady that was making copies in the store was miss charged for some copies she was making.
