UPS should revisit employee training and customer service at this location. Edit 2* Interesting response. You claim the documents were incomplete or improperly filled out, yet I took the exact same documents to another notary shortly afterward and they were notarized without any issue. Those two things cannot both be true. My complaint was never that you followed the law. My complaint was that I was treated with unnecessary disrespect while simply asking for help. Instead of acknowledging that concern, this response just assumes the documents were the problem despite evidence to the contrary. The notarization was completed elsewhere with the exact same paperwork. The difference wasn't the documentation. The difference was professionalism.

Other paintings with frames have cost me 275. A bronze, delicate, from Toulouse France costs me $450. How on earth Westside charges this much is beyond me. The most difficult people to deal with. Offer to ship, then switch to a high estimate. Unethical. I cannot purchase from the auction house that recommends these people, an auction house that will not accept responsibility for insuring a rolled up painting. Bradford's is losing my business. I know that means little to them, but in my experience, those who ignore such problems are ignoring others who have these issues. Very frustrating.
