I'm trying to write a specific review for the UPS store on Thunderbird road in Peoria, Az. I was the first one this AM, & Elizabeth was a great helper to me with my heavy packages & put my pre-printed shipping labels in a clear envelope that UPS provided. She suggested it was easier than taping them on( which I did for the 1st one) no one has ever offered that to me, & I always use this store for sending packages. I'm thankful for Elizabeth's help today! She deserves to be acknowledged for her customer service. read more

I visited the Olive location for fingerprinting. The lady who helped me is knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and professional. She couldn't do the digital one and had to call customer service several times to resolve it and have a refund issued to me. My hands tend to sweat. She did the inking of my fingerprints and that worked out. She filled out both cards, signed them and then I signed. She assisted me with mailing them as well. I recommend the Olive location UPS Store for any shipping/printing or fingerprinting services. They of course offer more services than I listed-but the employees here are outstanding. read more

I needed to get my fingerprint card done for a Supreme Court certification and searched around in Surprise for a location for today, Monday. Most places near Surprise were closed today. The Surprise Police Department has hours on Wednesday and Thursday, which I couldn't make due to work hours. I needed to go into Glendale for some errands and stopped by the UPS store near Costco and Trader Joe's at 83rd. The lady behind the counter let me know that they only do digital prints there, but that if I went to the UPS store on 94th and Olive Avenue, they did both paper card fingerprinting and electronic prints. This was very helpful. I drove down to this location and let them know what I needed. I didn't need an appointment or anything else. They took me in at that time and took my fingerprints, no problem. Corressa helped me from start to finish. She filled out a fingerprint affidavit just in case I needed it, she took my prints and directed me on what to do, and then she gave me wet wipes to wash off the ink afterwards. It cost $15.50 to get this completed at UPS. This was so convenient. Thank you! read more

I walked into the store needing to have 2 documents notarized which my bank was unable to do for me. I already had such an issue trying to get these documents notarized - they were from out of state. This UPS store was literally my last hope. After telling my story, Tarek said he had my back and notarized the documents for me! Very disorganized. I made an appointment for a notary and witnesses to notarize and witness a document. When I arrived at my appointment, I had to wait. When I finally got seated to have my documents, notarized and witnessed, there were no witnesses there. Complete waste of time. Owner couldn't even find one witness in her employ that would witness the document. I made an appointment, and I noted in memo what I needed. Instead of her calling and telling me, there were none available, she made me as the customer wait for nothing and tried to make it my fault by telling me she's sorry that she doesn't live up to my standards?? When I asked to talk to the person in charge, she said that was her and there is no one to talk to. Don't waste your time. read more

I typically like this location, especially how convenient the location is, but I just had a frustrating experience. I arrived at 5:40 pm when the sign posted (and online) says it closes at 6:00 pm. However, they had already closed! Door locked and bars put up already, 20 minutes before close. Very upsetting. read more
