I'm sharing my experience after accompanying my mother to her I-9 employment verification appointment through Fieldprint at this postnet location. When I completed my own I-9 the day before, everything went smoothly -- the staff member was professional, verified my information carefully, and had me electronically sign before confirming completion. My mother's appointment, however, was handled very differently and raised serious concerns. The staff member, Pat, assisting my mother asked to see a credit card for "extra authentication," even though the service was already prepaid by the employer. My mother's identification documents were scanned, but she was never asked to review or sign the form. Shortly after leaving, she received one email confirming her documents were collected, followed by another stating there was a problem with the scans and that she would need to reschedule. We returned the next day for a new appointment, and I accompanied her this time. During the process, I observed several errors and troubling behavior: * Pat incorrectly scanned images of my mother's ID and tried to submit two backside images of her driver's license instead of front and back scans and became irritated when I politely pointed it out. * My mother was rushed through verification and not given time to confirm the accuracy of her Social Security number entry. We had to ask her to scroll back to double check. Pat became more visibly annoyed. * Finally, Pat clicked the "sign" button herself, declaring the form complete without allowing my mother to sign her own I-9 electronically. When I questioned this, Pat said "it doesn't matter who signs." I explained that this is not accurate, as federal I-9 requirements specify that the employee must personally sign to certify their information. We were then told to contact customer service and were asked to leave the store. I have never experienced anything like this before, it was very unprofessional. This experience left us uncomfortable and concerned about the accuracy, security, and handling of sensitive personal information. The request for a credit card, improper document scanning, skipped signature step, and dismissive attitude toward legitimate questions all indicate serious procedural and compliance issues. I strongly urge Fieldprint and its contracted locations to ensure that all staff conducting federal I-9 verifications are properly trained and that identity documentation is handled with care, professionalism, and respect for the customers they have agreed to provide services to as a vendor of FieldPrint, if not, and they have no plan to do things differently or correctly they should not offer FieldPrint services. read more

Had been going here for a while but things have really fallen off in the last year. They brought in some new staff members who are largely very unpleasant and sadly, the really nice ones had moved across the street to another establishment. Been told multiple times they couldn't do a notary serve bc they were closing early or too busy. The pricing must've changed bc i use to pay $30-35 for a service that now charges over $50. Largely disappointed bc I had tried to support a locally owned company over the big corporation across the street but really left no choice. Hope they can turn it around. Best of luck read more

Stopped in to drop off a package that was already prepared, first rudely told by the kid mopping the floor, "Go around". Assuming the counter which it was. Then a dark haired lady came from out the back and asked if I was dropping off, I replied yes. She then pointed to the floor next to another box, rudely stating "put it there". No pleasantries at all in this store today. Only my second time there, first time the lady who helped me was very pleasant (even had her dog in the store). This time I was less than impressed. Tried to mail my tax returns the clerk said he would not take the envelope because I was going to Austin and it did not have a po.box .I called my C P A .he told the IRS has a office at the post office in Austin. So I had to drive in rush hour traffic to post office to mail my returns. and was told the same thing no p.o box. Sorry I will never go back. read more

The service at this location was absolutely the best! Meghan assisted me with my fingerprints and I would certainly recommend this location for efficiency. My appointment was for 1:00 pm but I was in the area at about 11:30 on a Monday. I was greeted and welcomed with a few people in line. I explained I was early and Meghan reassured me it was just fine. She was so kind, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I had all my paperwork with me so things went very smoothly. Even while assisting me, Meghan politely greeted other customers and stated they would be right with them. She was quick and informative about the process while also encouraging about the healthcare program I was needing the prints for. The store was clean and Meghan is absolutely invaluable! read more

Had a business transaction deposit on a Friday that had to be at destination by Tuesday. Asked for advice at counter for "best way" and they recommended USPS Priority mail. One week later it was still not delivered and tracking was useless. When I complained about the advice I was given to send it by USPS the manager gave me a long speech about "things out of our control". When I pointed out that my complaint was about the ADVICE I was given (well within their control) the manager essentially called me a liar and denied that they had advised me to use USPS. I've given them over $1000 in business since they opened but will not use them again. Incredibly bad customer relations and they deserve to lose customers. read more

Rude rude rude!!!! Please avoid this place at all costs. The only reason I stopped here was because the UPS store across the street was busy and I know why now. Post net was empty, I walked in dropped off a package and the older lady at the counter was extremely rude. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said, no thank you just a tracking number. She said then do you need a receipt and I said if it has the tracking number on it then yes, she then with an unprofessional tone said "well clearly!". I replied and told her, what may seem clear to you may not be for me. I felt insulted and she made me feel dumb. Sorry I don't work there and a receipt is not the same as a tracking number for me. Please train this person to treat people with care, kindness and respect. Unfortunately you lost a client for life. read more

I called the postnet in Verrado- asked if they take returns using UPS for Amazon - they said emphatically YES! And stated all the other shipping businesses they work with. We thought GREAT! One stop and we are done. The proprietor refused to even consider taking our package. It is a long but relatively narrow bed frame package. Said they didn't want to deal with it due to its size. For a place that has just opened-- they may want to say ooh that will be tight- but we can manage it-- in order to get our repeat business they will not get our business read more

You can get almost everything Post Net does someplace else, except of course their great people. I don't know who the owners are but they have dialed in hiring great people who are friendly and can I say it, Competent." Recommend them 109%. read more

I came in to mail photos to my brothers but wasn't prepared with the correct shipping envelopes etc. The adorable clerk was so patient and helpful, especially when I had some issues with my debit card. They had all the supplies I needed plus the most adorable selection of greeting cards. Even if if you have to wait, reading the cards is eight cards is enjoyable!
