This PostNet location failed miserably when it came to customer service. One of the Owners George has no business dealing with customers. On more than one occasion we have sent out packages that for some reason get lost in the store and do not get shipped out for a day or two. When asked his response is "We are busy". Busy NOT helping customers that's for sure. Warning..Take your business elsewhere. read more

This use to be a place you could walk into and get a very nice greeting and get all your questions answered. I just found out there are new owners but without that information i could tell it was under something. The older lady that works there only greet certain people. I had to speak up and say, " I'm being helped also, because she never asks me if I was being help just certain other people." I went in there today to mail out two small packages, and I ask her if she could please tape up the packages and she pulled out a jar with money in it and stated, "we ask for donation for our tape, if you need something taped up, we need you to donate." I told her I will not donate anything. I'm already paying for the labels, so why would I pay for a piece of tape. She then said " well, we sell the tape, and you can just buy it" I TOLD HER I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE, I WILL DRIVE TO THE POST OFFICE FROM NOW ON. Customer service has gone out the window. Omg! I love this store! You get the greatest positive vibe just walking in. Tucked next door to Fry's on Watson Road. Shhh! A lot of people don't know about this hidden gem and drive clear across town to the US Post Office. Kendra came up with the buzz line for my Xmas card photo! "My New Ride!" See attached. Debbie the owner, went out of her way to special order extra Xmas cards for me. She even reserved enough Xmas stamps to accommodate the cards. River was very helpful too. All Good! This used to be my go to place to ship, as I run an online store and it was convenient with a friendly staff.. the recent ownership has changed everything up and are about maximizing their profit.. recently I needed a small piece of tape and the wanted to sell me a whole roll.. I though that was in poor taste.. today I went to return a few boxes and had to purchase additional items I didn't need just to reach the debit total to close out my transaction.. this place is horrible.. like I said I use to love this place and now I can't stand to come in there. I ordered some dog food - thinking I purchased it at the right time so I didn't run out of dog food before it arrives. I was down to maybe half a bowl of dog food left. Decided to take a chance and check the PO Box, and it wasn't delivered yet. RIGHT after I left fed-ex showed up and found my package. Kendra ran out in the parking lot trying to find me , called my parents to tell me to turn around because she felt it was an important package I needed ( she didn't know what it was at the time ) It warmed my heart someone who didn't even know me, could read that I needed something important. Something she couldn't control, yet she did all she could to help. I haven't had that type of welcoming and customer service within a business in a long time. I didn't get the other women's name who was also behind the counter but she was just as welcoming as Kendra. We spoke about our dogs and dog food for a few minutes!! Haha. Went to my favorite shipping business today and was disappointed to learn that the owner does not believe in requiring his customers to wear masks though he has a sign up that says that face masks are required. Had the nerve to give me the whole freedom and liberty pitch speech though he knows Covid19 cases are spiking in AZ and around the world. I won't be back until his policy changes. I may never go back. Been giving my money to this business for several years. Shocking to say the least. read more

I just want to thank the kind people who work at PostNet In Buckeye Arizona, today I went in because I needed to use their services. I was very upset barely can talk I was crying, and they were so kind to me just tell me to take my time everything will be OK and Kathryn came from around the corner and she just hugged me and at this time we're going through it really meant a lot I needed it! And the kind gentleman that was helping me was so sweet, And even another worker brought me some tissue I believe the man and the wife are the owners. Staff needs training in customer service! I had to provide the number of copies and differentiate between single-side or double-side. Really....so you're only trained to ring a transaction and not see that the copies were two-sided. Then when I questioned the total cost, the clerk placed the blame on me and proceded to get argumentative! Really?!# She said basically I only rang what you told me. The people who work here are incredibly cold. At first I thought maybe I was just seeing something not there or they were having a bad day or something. But every time I've returned I've gotten the same cold, rude treatment. On top of that, their prices are insane. What would have cost me $2.61 at the post office cost me $4.05 here!! I get that there is an upcharge but that is an insane difference. I'll continue to use the usps drop off service but won't be purchasing anything else. read more

BEWARE! Wow, Talk about price gouging! (Price gouging is a term referring to when a seller spikes the prices of goods, services or commodities to a level much higher than is considered reasonable or fair, and is considered exploitative, potentially to an unethical extent). I faxed 5 pages to Connecticut and was charged $9. It used to be like .20 cents a page and now its $2 for the first page and $1.75 for the next pages and I didn't know the costs went up before I did it or I would have left. Ask for the cost before you get a service. Do not assume the price is reasonable. There reasoning for the high cost was that it was long distance. Long distance per minute is only about 7 cents. I will ONLY use this place for dropping off UPS Packages from now on which is still free I think? read more

My boyfriend and I came here to get a private mailbox for my temporary stay in Arizona. For this the clerk said we needed a bill with our address on it to verify our identity. She told us to come back the following morning at 8:30. This was an urgent matter, so we rushed back with some bills with our past address. The employees seemed very annoyed that we were there at the final hour. River loudly sighed when we walked back in the store. Clearly she mentally clocked out, but she hesitantly barely acknowledged us. After wasting our time processing us into the computer, River asked us to open the bill. She examined it and coldly rejected our request because the bill wasn't from this current month. If we had a current mailbox this month, why would we need to purchase this service? She than implied that we were wasting her precious time by rolling her eyes and informing us how they were closing soon. I am surprised that the workers here could get a job anywhere on this planet with their high level of incompetence, let alone a place like this that should require having at least half a brain cell. The women who work here are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. It almost seems like they don't want your business here. They never once mentioned that the bill had to be from this current month. Nor did they apologize for wasting my time. River got paid for wasting my time, but I will never give this place my time of day. Neither should you. I'll take my money elsewhere. read more

We stopped in to have something shipped from this store. My husband who is terminally ill needs to have several slides sent to London for exam via DHL. While at PostNet the girl was double checking to make sure they were ok to send. We already were told by the Mayo Clinic AND the clinic in London to use this service because this is the service they always use to send these items. It was NOT a problem that she was doing her job and double checking. The problem was when she opened the package which was a solid bubble wrap "bag" that you could clearly see through to see what was inside, took out the slides put some on the counter and continued to hold several in her hands while on the phone! These are extremely important and delicate medical slides that were packaged already! We told her exactly what they were before she called and she had absolutely no respect for the items. Then she took the leftover slides that were still in the bubble bag and started popping the bubbles. Are you kidding?! After my husband and I immediately yelled for her to stop she replied "what? it's fine I'll repackage it" . So if you don't give a crap about what you are sending go ahead and give this place a shot. We will NEVER be back. read more
