Most expensive framed art I have seen in Goodwill

The manager here is so rude! ( a tall lady with red / orange hair ) She was asking the cashier where the other cashier was and she told her he went to the restroom she answered her very loudly , that she doesn't pay him to go to the restroom she pays him to work ! Wow !! I was so shocked how unprofessional this lady is ! And the pricing here is ridiculous! I mean we do shop second hand to save money?? One of the employees that was stocking the miscellaneous was complaining about how they are being forced to price the items so high! I really hope that someone steps in and helps this Goodwill. I love thrifting and I use to enjoy shopping here, now I make the drive to Goodyear because every single Goodwill in Goodyear the employees are so kind ..And the pricing is fair .

This is for the manager with red colored hair. She was being extremely rude to a worker for not putting t-shirts the right way! Right in front of me. The T-shirt's are hung up and look fine. If you want to focus on something maybe try the back where all the glassware is and double check what year you're in for pricing. Shop somewhere else.

I was googling second hand stores and came across this store. We live in Phoenix and went to Nevada…read morefor vacation but decided to stop by on our way back home to Phoenix. We definitely were not disappointed! The prices are very affordable and there is so much in the store that could be used in all rooms of your house. I walked out with a box of kitchen stuff and very pleased with what I bought and the entire price!! I would have bought more if I had room in the car. However, I will drive back to this store to buy more stuff. The customer service was excellent and for the affordable prices you couldn't ask for anything else. No matter the location of where you live I highly recommend this store to everyone!

I contacted The Pony 2nd Hand Store and Peter and his crew came out the next day. Peter was very caring as I showed him my mom's possessions. It took them 2 days to pack up her items and take them away. I had contacted an auction company prior to calling Peter, and that experience proved very disappointing. I was happy to work with Peter. Moving was a very emotional time for my mom and myself. My mom was equally happy of the time and compassion Peter took with her possessions.

Okay, this is petty on my part. Catharsis R Us. Anyway,…read moredropping off donations I pulled in line behind another vehicle to wait my turn. I'd waited a couple minutes, no attendant appearing. At some point thereafter a (surly-looking, unsmiling) lady (?) pulls up outside the queue and pops her hatch lid. As if by magic an attendant materialized and ambled over to help her. WTH? At this point let's cut to the Seinfeld episode where the car rental clerk is incompetent and doesn't hold Jerry's reservation. See, the point of a line is assisting everyone in order. Bottom Line: no good deed goes unpunished. Okay, that is making mountains of molehills. Better bottom line (s): Attention attendants, please help customers in proper order. Attention line-jumpers, at least smile apologetically when you're behaving badly.

The manager refused my return saying it looked like I had tampered with the tags. She called me a fraud in front of a line full of people. I am honestly still in shock and HORRIFIED at the behavior of this store. I have always shopped at Goodwill, but I have never been treated so badly by a customer service agent in my life. This supervisor should be fired immediately.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME…read more The items here are way over priced for second hand stuff that was donated to them in the first place. Any name brand clothing item is going to cost over $20 which is insane. No pants in a thrift store should be more than $20. You are paying close to retail for some items. What was mind blowing is that they are charging $3.50 for a used pair of boxer briefs. Who is going to pay that much for used underwear?? It will cost another $3 of cleaning solution to sanitize it. Might as well buy some new ones. There is decent merchandise for sale, it's clean and organized but it is 80% women's clothes. There's hardly any men's clothes; just a small section tucked in the back corner. Also, why do they hang their pants side ways? I wouldn't go here unless it is my last resort looking for a specific item.

The pros: - large store with big selection - tons of books The cons: - didn't like the clothing options as much as other thrift stores - sale only on Mondays And now the major con: the prices are absolutely ridiculous! You might as well head to Marshall's or Ross and get brand new better quality clothing because it will be the same price as here. They are trying to sell SHEIN clothing for $8-15. As soon as I saw that I was done. Found a non brand dress going for $17. What!??

A 3-building extravaganza of STUFF! Very boutique, but with great prices and daily deals…read more "Main Building" holds clothes, shoes, and accessories for men, women (plus size, too), and children. They also have a seasonal room for Halloween, Christmas, etc. Building #2 holds craft supplies (patterns, cards, fabrics, canvas, frames) as well as television sets and large furniture items (couch, endtables, bookshelves, lamps). Building #3 holds bed/bath items, kitchen appliances, dishware, board games, CDs, DVDs, VHS, vinyl records (NEWLY UPDATED!), knick-knacks and a large amount of books, both fiction and non-fiction. Outside of buidlings #2 and #3, you will find boxes of semi-processed things. If you have time, look through them-- never know what you'll find. There is also a shed that contains many more books-- I find the shed to have more interesting books than building #3. Next to building #3, you will find sports equipment as well as bed frames and other large items, such as bikes, vacuum cleaners, etc. Go to this business and go OFTEN. It helps to go once a week to sift through all the newer donations. Jewelry is a hot item here, so if you see something you like, buy it right away. On another note, just as I support this business by BUYING items, I also support them by DONATING items (it's tax deductible). I'd encourage anyone to do the same and keep this business going.

I understand that even though the mask mandate was lifted, business owners still have the right to choose to require one but if you're going to be about the rules and enforce them, maybe enforce it all the way..? Otherwise you look ignorant.
