Open on time and reconsider price of items and make sure stickers are scannable. I purchased two books and they apparently came from another store and weren't able to scan. Nearly all the books were $3.29 regardless of size or content. Crazy that an 140 page book is same cost and a 1000k page book. Doesn't seem to have a pricing process, just pricing at 3.29. I did don't like seven books at 2.39 but nothing cheaper. read more

High-quality customer service fosters customer loyalty. Today 4/17 a male employee around 530 pm. As I finished paying at the register across from him. Walking out with my belongings I glanced to the register he was at an seen a pair if yeezy shoes I walked over to check the size and walked away. He then accused me of stealing instead of asking me to see my receipt. He was very disrespectful and rude in front of all the customers. I asked him if he would like to see my receipt but then said no. Now if your going to accuse me and make a huge seen wouldn't you ask to see my purchase. Yet he then change he wording and apology after I pulled out my receipt. I worked in customer service and how he handle this matter was so poorly and rude. You might want to take some classes to learn how to handle situations like this instead of yelling out raising your voice to customers the way you did. read more

Terrible, not only can you never find anything good here and it's all over priced but they have zero customer service: they forget who gives them these things. I purchased a rug today at the Litchfield store ( good store) even though I live near the one in Yuma Rd. I got home and realized it wouldn't work so I looked up the return policy and it clearly said I could return to any in the area so I headed over to get it done. The woman at the register was quite interested in why I was returning , I told her it wouldn't lay flat and just wouldn't work for me. She kept saying g , yes but you just unfolded it , that's why. First of all, I do t need a good reason, I have my receipt, the tag, the item and it's o ly been an hour. She called the manager over who also gave me a bad time and said I'd have to return it to the store I bought it at. I just moved here from California and my house was 4200 sq ft, my kids are gone and I moved into 2000 square ft. When I say I have a ton of great stuff to donate, I mean better than anything I've ever seen at a goodwill and It's too hot for garage sales here. Lame store that has succumbed to greed and has everything over priced. T shirts were $15, they also have 20% of a computer for $300!! That's way over market value for a broken case and broken motherboard. Fat Xbox 360 for $60, they wanted $15 for the power brick too and no controller or hard drive, it's madness! I can buy these items from legit places tested, with warranty, this is despicable. The workers here are so poor at their jobs, only 1 register with a 10 minutes line. Didn't even buy anything because of price and service. Figure it out. read more

I went to donate a few things. I was in and out in a jiff! The parking lot is easy to navigate, it wasn't a big drive, and they had no line at the drive up window. I parked, popped open my trunk, and they promptly grabbed my donations! It's also convenient to a grocery store and some restaurants. read more

Sorry but this should be a store for people with low income, not a resale priced store. I saw a shirt from target that's priced at $5 at target selling there for $5.99, Wth?? They're putting Shein on the racks and selling it for full price or sometimes even more than it sold for online. Nobody is rebuying Shein unless it's extremely cheap. Goodwill is greedy. This Goodwill Shop practices Bait and Switch . Every week they offer a 50% off sale color tag and as soon as it starts the workers start pulling that color from the floor. You are seriously lucky if you find a sale tag item. In addition, I am a dealer so I go to every Goodwill in the Valley frequently. This store has no idea how to price items . For example , I found a cheap Asian porcelain figure with the original tag still attached that read 100 , they priced it at $80.00. the price was in YEN .. it originally cost about .90 cents.. and we found an item a couple of weeks ago, I had an idea as to what the maker was but the price tag was over the mark. My husband gently raised one end to look, it was what I thought so I wanted to purchase. We brought the item to the cash register and she said she could not sell because the tag was switched .. really anyone who goes to Goodwills knows it is near impossible to switch a tag. She brought it to the back for another tag and they raised the price by more than 80% .. The shelves are jammed with broken chipped items, and the bathrooms are always filthy .. this store has only been open for a couple of years and it is one of the worst. read more
