Not too shabby of a Frys market. Currently, they're remodeling, so it's been a challenge some days finding stuff. It's been an adventure. Most times, we've been unlucky in finding what we need, but I guess that's expected when it's the only food chain store in the area. What I enjoy is the selection of clothing. Sure, it's not a large selection lately, but I can find some cute, comfy clothing if I need it. My Hubs favorite find? Flavored sparkling water! Mine? Strawberry Applesauce. Why? I've never had it, never seen until now. I enjoy it. I'm looking forward to them finishing inside. So far looks goid.

Dirty smelly bathroom. When was the last time it was sanitized? They do sell cleaning supplies.

This place hasn't improved much with it's makeover. The employees don't smile or say hi back. Carts are usually all over the parking lot, not near the doors. I made the mistake of needed to use the restroom. It was DISGUSTING! It smelled & everything was dirty. I feel sorry for the employees who have to use it. Actually, I don't. They should clean it better since they use it too. I made sure nobody was in the restroom when the photos were taken. This is why we usually drive to Verrado to shop at Fry's. The quality of the produce at that Fry's on Indian School is better.

Dear fellow grocery enthusiasts, I am writing this review with a heavy heart, a sore wallet, and a deep-seated disappointment in humanity. As a long-time customer of Fry's, I never thought I would be penning such a scathing review, but alas, here we are. It all began with my innocent decision to use Fry's mobile pick-up service. Little did I know that this seemingly convenient choice would turn into a nightmare of epic proportions. On a fateful day, as I waited in the designated mobile pick-up parking spot, a rogue trolley cart decided to play bumper cars with my beloved vehicle. The result? A heart-wrenching symphony of metal-on-metal and a symphony of expletives from yours truly. But the real horror was yet to come. I reached out to Fry's customer service, expecting a swift resolution to this unfortunate incident. Instead, I was met with a bureaucratic nightmare. Despite my desperate pleas and the undeniable evidence of the trolley cart's guilt, Fry's refused to take responsibility for the damages to my car. To add insult to injury, Fry's had the audacity to claim that the damages were an "act of God" because of the wind and not the lack of an employee being rushed by the manager in charge of putting the breaks on FOUR trolley carts. I must have missed the memo where trolley carts became sentient beings capable of self-defense. Perhaps they are secretly sentient beings, plotting their revenge on unsuspecting customers. Who knows? In conclusion, my experience with Fry's mobile pick-up service can only be described as a "cart-astrophe." Not only did I have to endure the trauma of witnessing my car being assaulted by a rogue trolley with my kids in the backseat, but I was also left to foot the repair bill. Fry's, I expected better from you. Shame on you. As for my fellow consumers, I urge you to think twice before using Fry's mobile pick-up service. Unless, of course, you enjoy the thrill of a potential trolley-induced car crash and the subsequent bureaucratic nightmare. As for me, I will be taking my grocery business elsewhere, where the carts are less aggressive and the customer service is more humane. Sincerely, A Disgruntled Customer

No mask proud Trumpster in Fry's spreading the hate. Why was she able to shop without a mask???

One thing I used to like about Fry's was their pickup option, but now every single time I go there's something wrong with my order. It's usually an overcharge which I have to go into the service desk to fix. If I wanted to go in the store I wouldn't use the pickup service. Beyond that most of the time it's an ok experience. Yesterday I had to run in for a few things and realized that they are not enforcing the mask rule. A good ol Buckeye resident with her proud Trump 2020 shirt on and no amass in sight. FYI lady, time for a new shirt, Trump lost! Anywho, I digress. I am a very high risk individual and I don't appreciate the rules not being enforced. It's not easy in Buckeye to just go somewhere else cause the only somewhere else is Wal-Mart which seems to always be out of stock. On another note the Heritage Farms chicken breasts smell and taste like fish! Now for a minute I thought I was losing my mind, but then I Googled why does my chicken taste like fish and found this is a common problem with the HF brand dating back to 2012. Needless to say, I will no longer buy chicken from Kroger, Bashas' usually had a pretty decent deal.

This is the location I most often go to now. Like I mentioned before, it was my number one store for almost 9 years. Went back couple days ago for my groceries and so excited to see their Halloween displays. That always makes me happy. I took a couple more pics of the areas I love. And as you can see in pics, my daughter was a bit too excited with the Halloween glow stick she found!!! ;)

I stood outside for 10 minutes hoping a kind soul would give me a stupid quarter for their carts. I don't carry cash nor a bunch of loose change in my purse. I was preparing to do a big shopping trip. Instead I was completely turned off by the process of something that should be simple -- having something to hold your groceries in. Finally I coerced some poor child who was bringing their cart back to give me their cart and not lock it back up. So stupid. At checkout, I drag the few items I decided to purchase to the cashier and wouldn't you know it....no bags of any kind. What in the world is this place? Needless to say I won't be going back until you act like other stores because the lack of convenience ain't worth it for me. I realize Aldi thinks they are saving money somehow by locking up their carts. But I think the offset of losing customers that don't want to deal with inconvenient things should be considered.

This is a smaller grocery store since it's conveniently located in the Verrado shopping Square area.. I was disappointed with a donut selection. They did not have a lot of variety available, and it was early in the morning, and you would think they would have more of a selection of bakery items since they were only open for a little over an hour. They did not have a lot of glazed donuts longjohns with just a plain white frosting or the twisted glaze donuts. They definitely need to get their bakery with more variety of items especially come in first in the morning. I have previously left a 5 star review of a mermaid cake and we were very happy with it. I asked for a very simple design in the picture shown, again by Carmen. On the day of pick up, I received this cake with terrible writing and black seeping into the cake. Spoke to the manager and they said they had no cake decorator on the weekends to fix the writing. Very upsetting as we had to set this cake out for my gender reveal party. We won't be using Bashas again for any cakes. Highly suggest scheduling a cake decorator on the weekends to fix problems, especially since people have their parties on the weekends.

The experience feels disorganized and understaffed, which makes it difficult to want to return or make a purchase. During my most recent visit, I was interested in browsing glasses and later realized there were higher-end options, like smart glasses, in a display case, but no one mentioned them or guided me toward them. I had to figure that out on my own. When I finally found a pair I wanted to try, it took quite a while just to get someone's attention. After trying them on and deciding to move forward with a purchase, I was then told I had to wait again. In total, I waited close to an hour, and this was not even on a busy weekend. The staff present were polite and clearly doing their best, but it's obvious that two employees are not enough for the volume of customers. There needs to be better staffing or a more efficient system in place, because the current setup simply isn't working. Needless to say, I left without making a purchase and left feeling frustrated. At this point, I don't plan to return for myself or my daughters. Another major downside is the lack of any warranty on their glasses, which is important when making that kind of investment.
