If you live in the Buckeye area, you're kind of stuck with this location unless you want to drive all the way down Jackrabbit to the next closest one. Store Environment Most of the employees seem completely miserable, and several have even told me they can't keep staff. That tracks, because the store is frequently low on stock, especially in basic areas. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue, delivery delays, or just poor management--but it's noticeable. Deli Chicken = Buckeye's Best That said, I've gotta give props to their fried chicken at the deli--it's hands down the best in Buckeye ever since the Love's gas station on Miller stopped serving it. That said, it's hit or miss. Some days you'll get someone awesome who's on top of it; other days, they stop serving 30 minutes early and act like you're bothering them by asking. Still, when it's fresh and hot--it's really good. Checkout Nightmare The biggest frustration by far is checkout. There are never enough cashiers, and even the self-checkout has long lines, especially in the evenings. It's exhausting when you're trying to just grab groceries and get home in time to cook dinner. I know I'm not alone--this is probably everyone's #1 complaint. Not too shabby of a Frys market. Currently, they're remodeling, so it's been a challenge some days finding stuff. It's been an adventure. Most times, we've been unlucky in finding what we need, but I guess that's expected when it's the only food chain store in the area. What I enjoy is the selection of clothing. Sure, it's not a large selection lately, but I can find some cute,comfy clothing if I need it. My Hubs favorite find? Flavored sparkling water! Mine? Strawberry Applesauce. Why? I spent almost 2 hours getting a cart full of groceries...stood in line as a team member walked by, No hello, excuse me or kiss my ass. I left the walk way open as only one cashier checkout was open.(other than self checkout)I had to ask if they could open another lane,to make a long story short...they opened another checkout. The lady who walked by me not once but twice ended up opening another checkout, people(2guys) that were behind me ended up checking out in front of me...why ? I had milk & meat in my cart that could go bad. I could go to the new Fry's that just opened on Miller I fear they will have the same attitude/service so since I can spend my money anywhere so I took my business to Safeway down the road. read more

This place hasn't improved much with it's makeover. The employees don't smile or say hi back. Carts are usually all over the parking lot, not near the doors. I made the mistake of needed to use the restroom. It was DISGUSTING! It smelled & everything was dirty. I feel sorry for the employees who have to use it. Actually, I don't. They should clean it better since they use it too. I made sure nobody was in the restroom when the photos were taken. This is why we usually drive to Verrado to shop at Fry's. As a long-time customer of Fry's, I never thought I would be penning such a scathing review, but alas, here we are. It all began with my innocent decision to use Fry's mobile pick-up service. Little did I know that this seemingly convenient choice would turn into a nightmare of epic proportions. On a fateful day, as I waited in the designated mobile pick-up parking spot, a rogue trolley cart decided to play bumper cars with my beloved vehicle. The result? A heart-wrenching symphony of metal-on-metal and a symphony of expletives from yours truly. But the real horror was yet to come. I reached out to Fry's customer service, expecting a swift resolution to this unfortunate incident. Instead, I was met with a bureaucratic nightmare. Despite my desperate pleas and the undeniable evidence of the trolley cart's guilt, Fry's refused to take responsibility for the damages to my car. To add insult to injury, Fry's had the audacity to claim that the damages were an "act of God" because of the wind and not the lack of an employee being rushed by the manager in charge of putting the breaks on FOUR trolley carts. I must have missed the memo where trolley carts became sentient beings capable of self-defense. Perhaps they are secretly sentient beings, plotting their revenge on unsuspecting customers. Who knows? In conclusion, my experience with Fry's mobile pick-up service can only be described as a "cart-astrophe." Not only did I have to endure the trauma of witnessing my car being assaulted by a rogue trolley with my kids in the backseat, but I was also left to foot the repair bill. Fry's, I expected better from you. Shame on you. As for my fellow consumers, I urge you to think twice before using Fry's mobile pick-up service. Unless, of course, you enjoy the thrill of a potential trolley-induced car crash and the subsequent bureaucratic nightmare. One thing I used to like about Fry's was their pickup option, but now every single time I go there's something wrong with my order. It's usually an overcharge which I have to go into the service desk to fix. If I wanted to go in the store I wouldn't use the pickup service. Beyond that most of the time it's an ok experience. Yesterday I had to run in for a few things and realized that they are not enforcing the mask rule. A good ol Buckeye resident with her proud Trump 2020 shirt on and no amass in sight. FYI lady, time for a new shirt, Trump lost! Anywho, I digress. I am a very high risk individual and I don't appreciate the rules not being enforced. It's not easy in Buckeye to just go somewhere else cause the only somewhere else is Wal-Mart which seems to always be out of stock. On another note the Heritage Farms chicken breasts smell and taste like fish! Now for a minute I thought I was losing my mind, but then I Googled why does my chicken taste like fish and found this is a common problem with the HF brand dating back to 2012. Today is Saturday 2-11-23 I've been going to this frys since 2016, Normally I only go to play my power ball and mega million. Well today the manager Tim walks up to me and ask me too leave, I asked him why and he responded one of his employees said I tired to push a basket full of groceries out the door last week. I really wish my bank ATM wasn't in the Fry's, as it is so crowded with products, the shelves are closing in on the customers, stock carts absolutely everywhere! You have to actually wait for the customer carts to do their stopping and choosing, and sing the final Jeopardy music...I might start bringing in a book to read! And, now that they installed the cattle gates on entrances and have one exit for all those people, it's a pain in the butt, to get out of there, after getting banking done...you have to get out through the checkout area! They lie about the phrase "fresh for every". Back to back days they sold rotten meat. I purchased some halibut and I didn't smell it til I had gotten in my car and wondered where is that smell coming from and it was the fish. I had taken to the courtesy counter and the guy made a face like "yeah this is bad" and I said fresh for everyone right? He chuckled and gave me my credit. The following day I purchased the Italian pkg. lunch meat that has the salami, pastrami etc. and the meat is well packaged together so when I get home and unwrap everything the salami meat is grey in color and has a slight smell . Come on 2 days in a row? Get your shit together Fry's. That has to be the worst location. The one on Yuma is a lot better and a clean store. The Starbucks inside Fry's Horrible customer service. I asked for 2 of the same drinks and 1 different drink, so somewhere along the way, apparently, the cashier didn't hear that I asked for three drinks instead of two. They gave me my first drink and we're waiting for the other two, we finally get ONE of the drinks after 10 minutes !! After this, we continue to wait for the third drink and then we see on the receipt of the other drinks that she only charged us for 2 drinks. We told the lady that we specifically asked for 3 drinks, so she acts confused and said "oh you asked for 2 of the same drink?" Like lady yes so she apologizes and says that she'll make another one. So at this point we're getting fed up because we've been there for about 20 minutes waiting for "3" drinks. My friends goes up to her and asks her if she can put less caramel because the first drink had WAY too much caramel and it didn't taste that good. She ignores him and then proceeds to add as much caramel as she likes. My other friend then goes over and says "he said no caramel so why'd you keep adding it?" she acts clueless and says "what?? I'm sorry I didn't hear" then her co worker says "HE DIDNT SAY THAT." But the other girl calms her down, she then apologizes and says sorry for not hearing him, then they make us pay for the other drink even though they charged us 3 in the beginning. The co worker that yelled at us then mutters under her breath and says "these fucking kids I swear" Overall horrendous experience, and their customer service is horrible. read more

My niece went to this Fry's Tuesday June 14th 2022. She went up to the area where she was suppose to be interviewed. The young lady sitting at a desk was really nice to my niece. This male manager came over to my niece and said nastily, are you 18 and she said I'm 19 and he laughed. He than had her go with him to a room and asked her, "what's your availability" she said I would prefer afternoons. He looked at her and said "I'm looking for people who are available at any time, he looked at her and said "goodbye." I didnt even get a chance to go shopping. I went to the fuel center and to get gas. This frys gas attendant with long light brown hair and fair skin decided is was lets be a bitch Thursday. My duramax truck was getting well needed drink for the diesel gas pump and after it was all done. I went to turn on my truck and no go. It was just my daughter and I. I tried to jump start it myself and I apparently did not have enough power to do so. A lovely old man and his friend came along and tried to help me. We were then yelled at and told that we were not allowed to try and jump start the truck due to fire hazard. I said well what the hell do you want me to do the attendant. I push this truck all by myself and then we would be in a fire lane so break your "policy" or break the law. The little old man said well she does have you there mam. Needless to say we pushed the truck back to appease her and then she still called the cops. I've been purchasing alcohol from this store with AZ Mobile ID - a transition from the traditional physical ID introduced during Covid. Usually I don't have an issue, given I am of age and have valid proof of identity. Some employees here are on a power trip for literally no reason - for the first time in 9 months shopping here suddenly my mobile ID is not accepted and they've "never seen it before". Well, examine it. ??? Went to a local store, Big K's, who accepted it no problem and informed me it is, by LAW, a valid form of ID that must be accepted since 2020. Turning away a paying customer of age with valid ID - literally unlawful business practice and a waste of my time. Once again, shop local. These chain stores are understaffed, understocked, and hire incompetent people. I love the food quantity! However, I recently got my wallet stolen last week. I had a picture of my ID proving that I am 21 and the lady whose name started with an M didn't allow my family to buy alcohol. I was with two others who had their ID and we're 25 but they still didn't want to sell to us. I understand it may not be allowed because of certain regulations. However, it is NOT okay to take out all the alcohol from my cart and touch other food items while there is a pandemic going on. She was VERY VERY VERY rude. No customer service what so ever. I have been disappointed in our Fry's in Buckeye, they cut down the early hours for us seniors, now with Covid spike coming, they should put it back in place. They don't sanitize carts, anymore...and they pack aisles too full, so social distance is a huge joke! I normally have a good experience coming to this gas station outside of Fry's on Watson road. I've been here when the lady with long hair works the station. This time, I was here and a man with glasses, short hair, and fair skin was very rude to me. I asked him if he could help me pump my gas because I was having bad hand tremors, but he told me that I had to do it myself or leave. The man with dark skin helped me. I'm visiting friends in the small city of Buckeye, AZ. I say small because it felt really small, like not a lot of people. Turns out it was really small in 2000 with just over 6500 people, however it's been growing by leaps and bounds since then! When the 2010 census rolled around, Buckeye's population had EXPLODED to more than 50,000! That's an increase of 673% in 10 years, WOW! I guess it's not that "small" after all, because Buckeye is spread out over 392 SQUARE MILES!! Oh that's right... I am a frequent shopper in this store. For the past month when I go in to the womans restroom the toilets are always dirty. The same poop splatters have been in the 1st stall toilet for a month now! The backs of the toilets have nasty pubic hair and dust and pee! It's like no one ever cleans them! I have to sanitize the seats before I use them but I always do that no matter what but I am not going to scrub the inside of the toilet. There are flies in the doughnut display, there is almost always a package of spoiled meat in the bacon section. The mountain of pepperoni has spoiled packages in the pile, the milk and egg sections are so gross, there's almost always a jug of milk dripping all over the other jugs. There's rotten egg goo on the floor that has been there for months. Do your jobs! After all you are getting paid! read more

The Frys on Watson just started click-list and I was so excited to use it. This is my new favorite way to shop for groceries. I order online, let them know that I'm there and they bring my groceries to my car. The clerks have been so helpful and friendly. I don't know what has happened here, but I have had to completely stop shopping this store. Every visit was a miserable experience. The employees look like they hate life, meat quality has gone down, vegetable department was redone with no rhyme or reason to the design (why was the organic dept dismantled???) I won't even get started on the cluster**** of checking out here, it is purgatory. Plus the store is terribly stocked. After visiting two other Frys (Dysart and then on Yuma) I have to chalk it up to management. I have noticed the manager is rather moody, some days he seems pleasant, some days he is taciturn. Maybe corporate needs to get a new manager here, because I was a several times a week shopper and now refuse to step foot in here. Sad, but hopefully the Frys in Verrado will open soon. read more
