Inside the building is a different story. The clerks are consistently rude and make it obvious they'd rather be anywhere else. When I asked to speak to a supervisor about an unresolved delivery issue, the clerk refused to even check if one was available and told me management doesn't speak to customers because they're busy. I've reported this to USPS customer service, but I don't expect much. Laveen deserves better, and until this location gets a bigger facility and a real commitment to customer service, I'd set your expectations low before walking in.
