Update: Please see the photos I uploaded so you can see what you get when you let this place package and ship something for you. This is an expensive Mackenzie Child's statue that was in perfect shape when I dropped it off. This is how it arrived. Broken and cracked! Let me start with the good.. The woman who works here (Margo) packaged up a very awkward statue that I sold on Ebay and charged me a fair price to do so. That is all the good. DO NOT do business with this place!! The bad.. This place reeks of cigarettes when you walk in almost to the point where you cant breathe. It smelled like this both days I had to go in this building. I went in a few days ago and asked for help packaging an item to mail and having her ship it for me. She said "I have 17 packages to deal with before I can get to this so it definitely won't be today but I can have it done by tomorrow morning". I hesitantly agreed but regretted it by the time I got back home. Fast forward to the next morning.. I show up right after they have opened and she says "Oh I haven't finished your package yet. I'm working on some other things but that will be next". I said the lady I sold it to is waiting for the tracking number and she needs the statue before the 18th for her mother's birthday present so I really need it done. She says she will have it done in maybe an hour so I leave and drive back home again. An hour or so later as I am about to drive back over to the place she calls to let me know it is finished. I have now wasted half my day driving back and forth to this place. I go back in and pay for it and am told they don't give physical tracking numbers and it is all digital and I will be mailed the tracking number but assures me it should be there by Saturday or Monday the 18th the latest which is fine. I go home and keep checking my email and finally get a tracking number over an hour later. Initially the tracking says it will be there by Saturday. Today I got an email from the customer I sold to on ebay saying she will now not be getting the package until Tuesday the 19th. The day after her mom's birthday. This was one of the worst mailing experiences I have ever had. This place should close down!!! read more

Beware of this place ! I dropped off a prepaid package two weeks ago and the package still hasn't been delivered ! The lady looked up the tracking number and said there's an error which is sketch because when I look it up I have no promblem and says still hasn't been shipped out yet ! Beware don't come to this place unless you want your packages to be missing. I never had any issues anywhere else and the buyer still hasn't received their package. They also don't give you a receipt to track your package which is a red flag. Don't do business here a sketchy place read more

Sign on door wear a mask. Sign inside. Must have mask on beyond this point. Employee not wearing a mask. I asked are you doing the mask thing? Her reply if you have one please wear it. Rules for thee, but not for me?? I turned around and left. Last time I'll be going there. read more

My wife and I have been using Arrowhead Mail and More for over 20 years. They are our go-to shipping store, unless we ship via USPS Express Mail. Margo is always helpful. Her prices are slightly higher, but I have not had any issues with my shipping activities. read more

This place is great!!! Outstanding prices. I needed to go to the post office but the line was out the door and then I remembered this place. Very nice lady and she was very helpful with my package. I may never go to the post office again. Thank you Margo. TC read more

It's only one star because it won't allow less then!!! Worst service I ask for a mail envelope to mail a letter she gave me no direction what so ever!! I wanted a price for the mailing total and I purchased and she advised it was less than 2 dollars that I had to purchase more than 2.50 so I proceeded to purchase a pen!!! So I can us the debit she gave me the envelop incomplete so I went to complete and she had me complete it not realizing it needed a stamp and then she went on to charge me over 4. For the stamp so that would have made the over the 2.50 cents!!! I of course became upset and she went on to say well that would've made the over 2.50!!! And she nodded and shrugged her shoulders and agreed!!! After I sat in my car I went and got my refund!! This is not acceptable it also smells so bad like nasty cigarette!!! Like if you want to smoke do it outside regardless of this is your mail box etc!! It's the law! Rude racist lady I hate to throw the race card but perhaps because I wasn't her kind! read more

After going to four different places who said they offer the correct FedEx shipping options, the owner of Mail and More helped me figure out how to ship a package. She went above and beyond to help me mail back the package. I will definitely be back to this store. 25+ years in business and it shows! Thank you! read more

THEY SMOKE INSIDE THIS BUSINESS! Not sure who owns this place but listen to this. Went to ship a large package and was greeted by the most negative employee. She was highly negative and very reluctant to ship my package. She advised that it would be over $100 to ship the package and said she wouldn't get around to it for over an hour in case "I changed my mind" The business reeked of smoke! She smokes cigarettes in the business. Now my clothes smell like smoke! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've been to this place several times to send packages out and it's always the same lady behind the counter. She is just plain rude. I absolutely dread going in there. Maybe she hates her job but her attitude is annoying and uncalled for. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I am absolutely DISGUSTED with this place. Upon entering I was greeted with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. It smells like they smoke inside the store all day long. I will never ship anything from here for fear of it arriving to the buyer smelling like smoke. So gross. I cannot believe how disgusting this place is. Do not give this place any business! read more

I have been going to Margo for years and have never smelled smoke nor seen anyone smoking. I ship all my packages at this location, buy my candles, stamps and lottery tickets. I don't know where the last reviewer was, but he was not in this business. The owner is the only one I have ever seen there, and she is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I keep going back because the service is excellent, and the store smells wonderful because of all the candles. Much more convenient than going to the post office and waiting in line all day. She is a huge dog lover and used to always have her dog in there while she worked. The dog has since passed but it used to make my day seeing how much that dog loved her. read more
