They were very friendly which was nice. The lady that assisted my children made sure we didn't have any questions or concerns before we left. She was very nice and interactive with the kids as they were getting a little antsy.

These are very different things but not according to USPS. Anywho, I needed to return some shoes, & the vendor selected USPS as the method of return. Of course, I obliged. I came to this location because of how convenient it was. It was so small inside, I knew I was in love. Silly, I know but hear me out. When it's small, it generally means the customer service is going to be phenomenal & this is the type of place that they will get to know you OR, it's going to be so horrible you drive out of your way to avoid it. Luckily, it was the former. So pleasant & lovely. In & out. If I had to use USPS again, this is where I would come.

This is my "assigned" post office but it's 30 minutes out of the way. I should be able to call them for a quick question and not have to drive that far away to just get an answer, not even for actual services. Ended up just getting a refund on my package and claiming it as lost since they can't answer the phone to help me locate it. I don't think anyone ever expects to enjoy the post office, but a bit more customer service would go a long ways here.

Kim was very friendly and helpful, and she explained that even though I changed my address on the website like you're supposed to do, you still have to physically go to your home post office to let them know that you moved. Once you do this, they update the mailbox with everybody who receives mail at that address. I have moved five times in the last seven years, living in Tucson, and I have never once had to do this. It is very frustrating, and at least two of my five packages have now been returned to sender. Why don't they say this on the website so you know you have to do it also? Is it specific to the ZIP Code? I have no idea but this was very very frustrating. Now I have to go through the annoying process of trying to get my packages re-ordered, which is very frustrating because I had already been waiting for them prior to this.

While our new postal carrier was unwilling and or unable to provide a solution, I reached out to the post office on 59th Ave. and Brittany was able to address the issue. She came out within a half an hour of our phone call to find the package was put in our neighbor's Mailbox which we obviously did not have access to. She personally delivered the package to our front door to say hello with the package in hand. Her customer service and friendly smile was exceptional.
