These are very different things but not according to USPS. Anywho, I needed to return some shoes, & the vendor selected USPS as the method of return. Of course, I obliged. I came to this location because of how convenient it was. It was so small inside, I knew I was in love. Silly, I know but hear me out. When it's small, it generally means the customer service is going to be phenomenal & this is the type of place that they will get to know you OR, it's going to be so horrible you drive out of your way to avoid it. Luckily, it was the former. So pleasant & lovely. In & out. If I had to use USPS again, this is where I would come.

Honestly no idea why they even have a phone, if they refuse to actually use it. I've called 6 times…read morenow in the past 3 business days with no answer. This is my "assigned" post office but it's 30 minutes out of the way. I should be able to call them for a quick question and not have to drive that far away to just get an answer, not even for actual services. Ended up just getting a refund on my package and claiming it as lost since they can't answer the phone to help me locate it. I don't think anyone ever expects to enjoy the post office, but a bit more customer service would go a long ways here.

When I walked in there were 3 employees manning the desk and a few people in line. The line moved quickly and before I knew it, it was my turn. I was greeted with a smile and asked how my day started out so far. All the employees were friendly and engaged even with how busy it was. Great customer service and I appreciate that. This place has lost 3 of my packages and said well we don't know where here at check your POB. My box only had a slip and they still couldn't find them. Also the lines get long because people don't realize. ONLY Thursdays is walk in for passports. And the line is on the right for passports not the left.

While our new postal carrier was unwilling and or unable to provide a solution, I reached out to the post office on 59th Ave. and Brittany was able to address the issue. She came out within a half an hour of our phone call to find the package was put in our neighbor's Mailbox which we obviously did not have access to. She personally delivered the package to our front door to say hello with the package in hand. Her customer service and friendly smile was exceptional.
