That being said, I was the only patron and there were three people chatting behind the counter and when I showed up they didn't even acknowledge me until I said something and then the vibe was "ugh, go away" if you know what I mean. I would have gotten a better reception from a robot and it made me regret even going in because it was very uncomfortable. The one man just stared at me with dead eyes while the younger girl rang me up silently. The third person just walked off to the back. Every question I asked was answered with a short one word response...it was like talking to someone after having an argument when they're still mad at you. I don't know if it will stop me from coming in again in future, but honestly the post office is friendlier and only an extra 8 minutes away from me so I'll probably just go there ‍

They went out of their ways to help us with a return after we left our traditional method of payment behind at home. It was important to me to get this return accomplished I'd been avoiding, so their help is appreciated more than they realize. I've definitely never had better service at any shipping spot. They actually made my day. I hope this gets back to them. Truly appreciate you!

She suggested it was easier than taping them on( which I did for the 1st one) no one has ever offered that to me, & I always use this store for sending packages. I'm thankful for Elizabeth's help today! She deserves to be acknowledged for her customer service.

It was actually embarrassing as hell. Edit* I went to another notary with the exact same documentation that they refused to notarize at this UPS. They were very nice and said I had the appropriate documents and got what I needed notarized. I have no clue why the manager at this location spoke to me the way she did and denied to help me. UPS should revisit employee training and customer service at this location. Edit 2* Interesting response. You claim the documents were incomplete or improperly filled out, yet I took the exact same documents to another notary shortly afterward and they were notarized without any issue. Those two things cannot both be true. My complaint was never that you followed the law. My complaint was that I was treated with unnecessary disrespect while simply asking for help. Instead of acknowledging that concern, this response just assumes the documents were the problem despite evidence to the contrary. The notarization was completed elsewhere with the exact same paperwork. The difference wasn't the documentation. The difference was professionalism.
