They went out of their ways to help us with a return after we left our traditional method of payment behind at home. It was important to me to get this return accomplished I'd been avoiding, so their help is appreciated more than they realize. I've definitely never had better service at any shipping spot. She suggested it was easier than taping them on( which I did for the 1st one) no one has ever offered that to me, & I always use this store for sending packages. I'm thankful for Elizabeth's help today! She deserves to be acknowledged for her customer service.

Other paintings with frames have cost me 275. A bronze, delicate, from Toulouse France costs me $450. How on earth Westside charges this much is beyond me. The most difficult people to deal with. Offer to ship, then switch to a high estimate. Unethical. I cannot purchase from the auction house that recommends these people, an auction house that will not accept responsibility for insuring a rolled up painting. Bradford's is losing my business. I know that means little to them, but in my experience, those who ignore such problems are ignoring others who have these issues. Very frustrating.
