Postal employmee was quick and efficient while still being kind. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. On top of the free flat rate packaging, this location also sells boxes, wrapping, greeting cards, and gift cards. P.O. Boxes are also available to rent.

When I walked in there were 3 employees manning the desk and a few people in line. The line moved quickly and before I knew it, it was my turn. I was greeted with a smile and asked how my day started out so far. All the employees were friendly and engaged even with how busy it was. Great customer service and I appreciate that. These are very different things but not according to USPS. Anywho, I needed to return some shoes, & the vendor selected USPS as the method of return. Of course, I obliged. I came to this location because of how convenient it was. It was so small inside, I knew I was in love. Silly, I know but hear me out. When it's small, it generally means the customer service is going to be phenomenal & this is the type of place that they will get to know you OR, it's going to be so horrible you drive out of your way to avoid it. Luckily, it was the former. So pleasant & lovely. In & out. If I had to use USPS again, this is where I would come.
