Once you do this, they update the mailbox with everybody who receives mail at that address. I have moved five times in the last seven years, living in Tucson, and I have never once had to do this. It is very frustrating, and at least two of my five packages have now been returned to sender. Why don't they say this on the website so you know you have to do it also? Is it specific to the ZIP Code? I have no idea but this was very very frustrating.
