I showed it to the older Indian employee, but obviously she didn't care. She was more focused on being rude and disrespectful. Is this the story your location is going go with? I already contacted UPS customer service. There was obviously no form of remedial or corrective action that has been conducted to your location or employee, which is very dissatisfying. read more

The employees and managers working at 9:30 am were extremely rude. There were customers in line to make Amazon returns and no one waited on us.. We asked a guy in the shredding/printing area for help and he told us he was busy and "if you don't like it, go to the UPS store." A guy in line ask for a manager and he informed us that he was a manager. The other manager was in the back. I saw 4 employees, no customers other than the 5 of us in line for returns. Here it is. Christmas time. Everybody trying to get packages out on time. The elderly people of this community trying to ship boxes but don't understand how to do it. People doing Amazon returns. Worst experience ever at a UPS store. The blonde lady that works there (didn't get her name) was yelling at the customers, slamming stuff around and had locked the doors 15 minutes before closing because her words "UPS screwed us" so she was taking it upon herself to close early. I have never witnessed such a temper tantrum in a work environment as she displayed today, her behavior was extremely out of line, rude and unprofessional. Few of the customers gathered outside in parking lot afterwards in regards to what we just witnessed inside the store as we where all in total disbelief of her actions. If a manager happens to read this I urge you to look into what is going on with her. If today is any indication of her mental health she is extremely unfit for this job. read more

TL;DR they need training on how to communicate with genuinely autistic people and a lesson in being kind and patient. Needed to get docs notarized so I went in and prefaced convo explaining I'm autistic and tasks like this can be challenging. She started like stampeding around the ups I think bc she thought I was lying about the autism and making fun of autistic people. The gentleman working with her asked her a question, I think to make sure she was okay and she didn't respond to him at all and just disappeared into the back of the store. She wouldn't notarize bc the format was wrong. Which was annoying but i tried somewhere else and they wouldn't do it also. So I think she was right. I signed the docs and needed to send them in the mail so I returned to the same ups and got the same girl helping me. She could not get the origin address correct. I very clearly said "Bolivar" and she turn the screen to confirm and it said "Boulevard" so I explained it was incorrect and we went through the spelling again. She turned the screen to me and it now said "Bolviar" instead of "Bolivar." I explained again it was wrong and we verbally went through the word letter by letter and she again turned the screen to me to look at and confirm and it was finally correct. So I raised my hands in the air as a funny fake celebration and said "we did it!" And this older gentleman working behind the counter said "we did what?" And I just repeated "we did it" bc it was quite obvious what we did. And he said matter of factly "SHE did it." And I just agreed and said "yep, she did it." She did it. And he did it. Change there shipping based on unknown criteria. Just tried to ship the same package to the same place price was doubled. Take it to the terminal . Bad Another bad experience today May 20 2020. My wife went in mail some antique music box discs that required a box and shipping. The female clerk was rude and dismissive. This business apparently continues to have customer service issues. I have a return from Amazon. I bring it to THIS ups store and they want to charge me 2.95 to print a label. I live in surprise and the one on Waddell rd never charges. I used to happily go here all the time just to make copies. Then last time, a few little irritations became intolerable. For one, if you don't rebuff the "helpful" staff, they will "assist" you, so they can then charge double for copies. And don't expect to asked how you want your copies, either. You wanted double-sided? Nope, you're getting single-sided, with a staple, so that's another cent per. That will run you out of change if you aren't careful, and I don't like to be nickeled and dimed to death. Did the lady make any copies so terrible, they can't be used and you leave them in their shredder bin? She'll charge you for them anyway, and the gentleman who seems to be in charge won't see a problem with that. So I told them I wouldn't be back, and they let me walk out the door. Will I be back? Not planning on it. If you need copies, I recommend going around the corner on 99th Ave. to the Sun City Library. Copies are 25 cents each, but there are no hidden charges and surprise fees. I prefer to pay the money up front and be done with it. And the library staff is kind and helpful. *You'll need a Maricopa County library card, so if you don't have one, bring in a utility bill or some other proof of residency plus your ID. I know, that's a lot to make some copies, but you can borrow some Blu-rays or DVDs, CDs and books while you're at it. Or take in a program like handbells while you nosh on cookies and eggnog at Christmas. Try getting that at a copy store. read more

The workers here were really nice and helpful. I went in to make copies and the worker set up the copy machine for me and got all the copies made. We also asked if we could have a fax sent to them and they obliged. He said he would call us when the FAX came in so we could come down to pick it up. read more

I spent an hour at the UPS store on Bell Road last Monday. I had several fragile items, as well as a large collection of random items. The young man who was helping me (my receipt says Kyle) did an incredible job of appropriately boxing up all of our stuff. Everything arrived yesterday as promised-completely intact! Additionally, while he was figuring out how to box up all of my items, he had to juggle the needs of other customers and help his co-workers do a few things. He never appeared to be stressed and was extremely polite and efficient. Thanks for your great service! read more

I brain farted & bought something too big to fit in my luggage to take home. Took it to this store & was charged $18, seems high but lesson learned. A few minutes later I get a call & was told the made a mistake & it would be $42, because of the odd shape. I brought up the fact they needed to honor the price they quoted. They declined to honor their first price. Needless to say I went & got my pkg & a refund. Two lessons learned...don't buy bigger items & NEVER use this store! read more

I won't be back. They completely chaned the format of a document I emailed them to print so instead of it being 20 pages it was 40. On top of that they charged me a $4 computer usage fee???? I email documents to UPS stores all the time and NEVER have I been charged a fee. I guess they have enough Snow Birds that they don't feel the need to take care of anyone under 50. In October, 2018, I had to move from AZ to WI to take care of my 89-year old Mom. That meant downsizing from a 2 bedroom home full of "stuff" to four boxes and my favorite picture. Needless to say, life was going to change in a big way. You took my shipping information and because the 4 boxes were quite heavy, I didn't want my Mom to have to struggle with getting them into her WI home because I would be arriving two days AFTER the boxes were scheduled to arrive. UPS solved that by holding onto the boxes for two days. Thankfully, the boxes arrived the day AFTER I arrived in WI. When I had an issue, they had a solution. Thank you for making my VERY difficult move a little better because of your kindness and efficiency. read more
