Just a warning to help you save some money. Took a USPS Flat Rate priority package to this store for delivery. The employee weighed the package and added extra charges for the weight to the "Flat Rate" box. I'm in the process of finding out whether or not this is legal. I understand that this business needs to make their money, but adding almost $7 more, which includes the $1 for using my debit card, is a bit too much when USPS charges $22.80 for large Flat Rate priority mail. I will never take another package to this store and would rather wait in line at the local US Post Office. read more

The owner has an attitude if you don't like the prices don't come in his store! I mail out an envelope every single month they cost me $8.12 at the post office this guy charges me $12.45 I understand that he's running a business and he needs to make a little bit of money but let's get serious here he's charging me 50% more than the post office I think I can wait in line for that four dollars to keep it in my pocket from now on read more

Friendly people, great service, there was a line hut that's expected during busy season. I saw the workers personal package items that are being shipped it's a great touch. If you go to the post office they would turn you around until you have your stuff together. Anyway great experience friendly place. read more

Convenient small, local owned, Fed Ex, Copy center and Fax. It has a little gift shop. Nice staff. I just wish they wore masks.

I went into the store and asked if they accept firearm packages. One of the employees scoffed at me with an attitude. I took my package to the Fedex company across the street and they accepted me with great joy! read more

Used Postal & More for over 2 years. Has helped me package gifts and other items. Much better than the post offices.

What horrible customer service! Can't believe this place has been able to stay in business! There are other options down the road that are absolutely better and at least act like they are grateful for someone spending there money at there business. Today was my third time visiting this business. I was hoping it would be different than my other visits that weren't very pleasant, but unfortunately it wasn't. The female clerk who seems to run it is so unprofessional and acts so unappreciative for your business. Even though this is convenient and right across the street from my house, I will NOT be back. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Also, every time I have been there, the lady is on the phone (clearly on a personal call talking about non business related matters) and I have had to wait until she gets off or she half ass assists you while she continues the call. The woman who owns the shop here is kind and fair. She does a great job and is quite knowledgeable about how the postal industry works. Everyone there does a great job. No one is perfect. I think people expect too much sometimes. Just get what you need done and move on with your day. read more

Incredibly unprofessional, attitudinal employees. We wasted our time driving over to be told that we'd have to come back later because the person we needed was "out." An hour and a half later, we called to confirm that we'd be able to have our paperwork taken care of and were curtly assured that their notary was back in the office. We drove over not even 20 minutes later, and the girl that we were just told was there was driving away in her car. We were unapologetically told that we could wait for her to come back. I don't know what the hell is going on over there, but my husband & I aren't wasting any more of our time trying to work around the schedules of the obviously incompetent employees that are currently working there. Save yourself the hassle & frustration and go anywhere else. read more

I post a fair amount of stuff to countries outside of the US. I've used every mailing option available over the years, with some success, and some epic failures! I found Postal and More a couple of months ago, when I was trying to post a package to Ireland. This place was nothing short of awesome! They beat all the prices I'd been quoted from other places, and they took the time to explain a lot more than the usual places do. They were VERY helpful! I'm getting ready to mail another package outside the US, and I'm going back to More than Postal. I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else now! read more

I was unaware that shops such as these get a kick back from the US Postal Services. USPS Flat Priority Medium box cost me almost $20 to have them mail it. It's not like I had to have them tape the box or even give me the box, just mail it for the same price it would have cost at a post office. And the clerk working there should revisit her customer service skills, friendly was not part of her job duties. Arrogance was her skill for the day. Would not recommend this local shop to no one. read more

If you want to be over charged and be treated rudely, by all means go to this place. I usually print postage myself, but I had ran out of ink and needed to ship a couple things out ASAP. This place being right on the corner from my house, I had no other choice at the moment. I will never make that mistake again. First they say they charge by box, not weight - so a jewelry sized box costed me $6 to ship. REALLY? It wasn't even priority mail. Then a box that was 10x3.5x7 weighing FOUR WHOLE OUNCES cost me $4.50 via first class mail (They wanted to charge me 11.50 for priority, which is double the cost online from USPS.COM), then they charge you $1.50 more if you want a tracking number. Had I had ink, it would have cost me less than $4 to ship the bigger box via first class mail and $5.75 for 2 - Day priority. So I paid MORE for slower shipping and it probably won't get to my customer on time. PERFECT! Just the kind of reputation I want for my business. I don't know how things work at a shipping store, but when I ship USPS, I expect to pay the same price. Not have the price jacked up ridiculous high by comparison so they make more profit. And don't even get me started on their customer service. It was like I was bothering them. The entire time I was being waited on, she was having a side conversation with someone else and taking her sweet time price gouging me. Ten minutes to ship a package when I am the only one in the store? PLEASE! I have things to do, like work! Thanks but no thanks. Next time I am in a bind, I will send a message to my customers saying there will be a slight delay in shipping. read more

I absolutely swear by Robin and her team of professionals at Postal and more. I have been renting a mail box there for some years and attest to their professionalism, communicative nature and consistency. Always a smile and totally atop of their game. They take any concerns out of getting mail to a separate location, including vitamins that would ruin if they sat in my mailbox.
