NOT eligible for online service without a commercial account????? Online wouldn't accept our address as valid. Text message method rejected, too. Tried to call. Got automated "help" assistant who was trapped in a cycle of repeating the same thing... repeatedly. After about 75 minutes of playing with their screwed up, ineffective "communication" system... I gave up. I don't care, at this point, if I EVER receive my shipped medications. In the future, I will NOT do business with ANYONE who sets FedEx as the only means of shipment. I will not, in ANY way do business with FedEx... period. I'm SO angry, and frustrated, at this point... I'm about to burst a vein. Their system is COMPLETELY USELESS... and they REFUSE to connect you to a living person. Put me down as being irrevocably DONE with FedEx. Shoddy service leaves you high and dry.
