Devon was the attendant who took in my partner's app and fees. I must have looked up the wrong information because our fees were a lot less than what I had originally seen online. They did run a little late despite the appointment. Even though we arrived 10 mins before scheduled time, there were still 3 people in line also processing theirs. They might have been walk-ins, which are accepted til 1pm according to USPS.com. So know that if you set an appointment here, they might run a little late, but you know that 1ish pm is the latest you'll leave here for passport apps. I would make the drive out here if I knew someone else who needed passport services. That would give me a reason to go back to Beni's Pizza (which is walking distance from here).

I'm glad I did the lady that took my photo was very friendly and she asked me if I thought the photo was OK and I was like Yep beautiful love it. I look so much less crazy now!! additionally, I also had to renew my registration and upgrade to a handicap plate or whatever upgrade downgrade whatever you wanna call so I got all that done in one shot. So the convenience and also the friendliness of being able to actually get a decent photo is worth the price. that said it's pretty expensive. But it is nice to have options. Horrible Service, Unprofessional and Disrespectful Staff!…read more I would give zero stars if I could. My experience at West Valley Motor Vehicle Services was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude and completely unhelpful. They barely explained anything to me, and when I had questions, I was met with short, dismissive responses. They didn't even take the time to properly explain the process, which meant I had to come back to finish things that could've been handled during the first visit. To make things worse, they spent the entire time speaking in Spanish, laughing and making fun of me. I could tell they were talking about me, and I felt incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassed. It was clear they didn't care about customer service or making me feel like a valued customer. I've never felt more disrespected or belittled in a place that is supposed to be there to help. This place needs a serious overhaul in both its staff and its treatment of customers. I will never return to West Valley Motor Vehicle Services, and I highly recommend you avoid it if you want to avoid frustration, embarrassment, and terrible service.

I could do the transactions by mail but they are only 2.5 miles away. Whether it was filling out a business license or just paying a bill they have always been helpful. Customer service has the nicest people. If I don't know something all I have to do is ask and someone finds the answer for me. I am never treated as an inconvenience, I am always treated like a valued customer. Even when I have had a problem they just act like it is an everyday event and it is fixed usually while I wait. The people in customer service deserve more than 5 stars.
