I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

The last two years, at Christmas time, I have gone to this particular FedEx location to have a package mailed. The staff have been awesome and both times recommended using one of their boxes and repackaging for a less expensive shipping rate. I was very appreciative! Especially since it was sort of down to the wire for shipping in time for Christmas. I think this last time, the clerk's name was Jasmine? She was very helpful! The rest of the staff did not seem stressed, even though it was the busy holiday season, and customers seemed satisfied from what I could tell. They offer a nice selection of items and the store is very clean. I'll be honest... this last December I went to first to a different FedEx office that was closer to me. The shipping cost they quoted me was much, much higher than the online quote. So I decided to cancel that shipping order and drove to this FedEx location. For example, if a package emits noise, they request to inspect it. If they open the package and find space inside, they inform the customer that the packaging is insufficient and suggest additional packing services, which come at a cost. Additionally, if customers happens to have packing materials available, they are still required to reseal after being opened for inspection, I don't carry tape in my car. These practices give the impression that staff may be incentivized to encourage extra charges. I am frustrated with the ongoing petty charges imposed by these companies.
