So, I'm selling, my vehicle and the associate tells me I won't receive my registration refund until the buyer registers the vehicle. 100% false. My refund is pending because I did my own independent research. Had I waited based on what this fool told me, I would probably missed out on getting my refund. For those that don't know,if you sell your vehicle and there is still quite a bit of life on your registration, go to the dmv online and complete the steps to get your refund. You don't have to wait for the buyer to register otherwise the amount owed to you could be decreased. Lastly, I was previously advised my buyer could receive a 90 day temp tag but suddenly it's a 30 day temp, WTF...... Normally, like I said I would give this place 5 stars but I guess today was an off day. Please show up hours before they close so you don't receive misinformation.

It is very frustrating, and at least two of my five packages have now been returned to sender. Why don't they say this on the website so you know you have to do it also? Now I have to go through the annoying process of trying to get my packages re-ordered, which is very frustrating because I had already been waiting for them prior to this.
