There were about 6 people in front of me and everyone got called to the desk very quickly. If I ever need any service done that requires MVD assistance, this will be the location I'll be going to! No more stressing about long lines and rude employees. Also, if anyone didn't know, you can transfer your plate from one vehicle to another for a small fee, if you want to keep your plate- AND you can get reimbursed for your tabs if they still have time left on them until they expire. I,e; my tabs didn't expire until October 2026 and I had to register a new vehicle, so I got $33 back to put towards my new registration! I stopped in during my lunch break to transfer the title for my motorcycle and was expecting it to take much longer than it did. The woman who helped me was extremely friendly, professional, and walked me through the entire process step-by-step. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and she had me back out the door with enough time to actually enjoy lunch before heading back to work. AZMVDNow is a HORRIBLE online service. Tried updating my DL with new home address and decided to…read moreupgrade to Travel ID. DO NOT waste your time doing anything with your DL on AZMVDNow site. After you upload all the extra documentation to verify your address, it takes you to their shopping cart. But rather than just paying for the upgrade service, you pay to "fund" a personal MVD account first, then their supposed to use those funds to pay for the upgrade. However, anything with DL's is different. If something goes wrong with renew/replace/upgrade process (denial or timeout, etc.) you cannot use reuse those funds and must "fund" the account again with another $25 and then request a refund, which you also cannot do for at least 7 days. Absolutely absurd! Its a simple shopping cart - dont make it so complex! The CIO/CTO for AZMVD should be dismissed for incompetence.
