Coriano Insurance Agency made the entire process of replacing my landlord insurance incredibly easy. I received a notice that my existing policy for a rental property was being discontinued, so I reached out to Coriano for help. Since they are a broker, they were able to shop multiple carriers and find the best landlord policy for my situation. I worked with Caitlin B, who was responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to help. She guided me through the options, secured a new policy promptly, and even helped me set up online access and e-statements with the new carrier. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend. read more

Would definitely recommend. Carley was super helpful, kind, and continued to follow up to make sure I got the documents in and even preemptively wrote before my insurance expired and offered other, lower priced options for my renewal. read more

When I set up insurance services with Chris Coriano six years ago, they were excellent at customer service. They were friendly and promptly responded to calls and emails. I felt like I made the right decision choosing them. Like many companies that excel in customer service, they have grown. In my experience, as they grew, their customer service suffered. Their response when I emailed or left a message was neither immediate or sometimes not at all. My insurance on vehicles and homes came up for renewal. The cost had increased by over $1,700.00. I emailed Chris, my agent, asking for providers that could reduce my costs. I got a response from an agent on his team. I'm guessing he was too busy to bother with a long-term customer. The agent emailed me and told me she would have a quote for me in about a week. I contacted four other agencies that were able to provide a quote in 48 hours. She sent me an email with a quote that was less expensive than my renewal would have been. In my opinion, the carrier she recommended was a low-quality carrier. Through my internet research, I found that the carrier had numerous comments and scores on multiple websites, indicating poor customer service and issues with claims or claim payments. When my insurance costs are going up 1,700+, I would expect my agent to call me with alternative providers, not the other way around. I had two conversations with Chris about weak experiences. I told him if I had a third, I would find another provider. I found another provider, Patrick Walker, at Walker Insurance Group. read more

Reached out to Coriano Insurance after searching online. Never used an agent before; didn't see the value. Boy was I wrong! Emily made comparison shopping for insurance super easy. The first time I contacted her, she worked to prepare quotes but I ultimately went with someone else. 6 months later I reached out again to Emily again to see if she could get me better rates or coverage. And she did! Saved me 100's of dollars with minimal effort on my part. Super friendly team. 1000% recommend. read more

Where do I begin. This is top notch service. My file was very complicated and they were willing to break up all my insurance contracts to get me the best overall price. Bundling was not a good option for my situation. I had contacted a good ten other highly rated insurance brokers who were not willing to help me break my policies apart to explore my pricing options. I saved over $1k going with this company. The other agents offered me policies that were more expensive than what I already had! They answered all of my never ending questions, including educating me on a new business venture. I will be sending all of my friends here. read more

I just recently moved from Texas to Phoenix and didn't have any referrals on an insurance agent for both my vehicle and apartment. I did what most people do - started making a lot of calls and comparing rates and plans. Out of all the agents I called, Chris was the most direct quick with responses and gave me clear comparison on insurance tiers that best met my needs. Super happy that I went with Chris and would definitely recommend anyone looking for insurance or a new agent. read more

What a pleasant surprise it was working with Caitlin at Coriano Insurance Agency. Chris and I have been in contact for about a week via email discussing options for auto insurance as well as the dreadful SR-22 insurance i'll be needing for a couple of years. My State Farm insurance kicked me for 5 years but he immediately found me an affordable plan through Progressive, explained the entire process and once the decision was made the process only took about 20mins to complete. Thanks again Chris! read more

I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with both Chris and Dani at the Coriano Insurance Agency. They are both very friendly and professional. Recently I lost a check I had received after refinancing my home. Giving up on the hunt I reached out and Dani went above and beyond working on having the check reissued. If this is the kind of service I'll be receiving in the future, I definitely will not insure my home through anyone else. read more

I recently contacted them looking for a new insurance carrier. I sent them my current policy and within 24 hours I had a side by side comparison of my current policy with other companies. The companies they recommended were solid and it will save me over $1500 when I switch. They were prompt with follow up and they said that they have a group of agents that review your policy every year to see if there is a better policy or company for me. I am very impressed with them. read more

I called Chris when I was shopping for insurance and I was stunned at the quality of service I received. I had previously called all of the big insurance companies and they were either super expensive or just not really that helpful. That all changed when I ran across Chris's information on Yelp. Emily and Chris are great people, which is probably what makes them great insurance professionals. We've had our personal home and auto business with them for several years now, and have referred our daughter and parents. I would HIGHLY recommend Coriano Insurance Agency to anyone looking for excellent, no hassle service for auto and home insurance. I was lucky enough to be referred to them two years ago and have never experienced such amazing service. I have multiple cars and a home insured by them and have requested additions, deletions, changes, updates several times in that time span. When my son totaled his car they took care of everything which allowed me to focus on him and finding a new car. Every interaction has been met with care, professionalism, promptness, and courtesy. They always make me feel like I'm the VIP of their company! You need to make the switch to them now! Thank you, Emily, Chris, and all the other wonderful people who work and Coriano Insurance. I reached out to Coriano Insurance Agency based on a referal from a friend. I was currently with GEICO and a less established home owner's insurance company. After watching my rates climb a mountain I couldn't afford, I was at my wits end. I worked with Emily, and I cannot express how much I loved our interactions. She was professional, not pushy or annoying. She worked around my schedule and saved me a significant amount of money. I was skeptical, but now I'm a believer. I highly recommend you at least get a quote. I'm Paying less for better coverage. I absolutely couldn't be happier. read more

Saved my family time and money!!! I had been a long time loyal Allstate customer and was referred by a family member to Coriano Insurance. Our teenage son was about to get their license and the quote from Allstate was very high. We are busy professionals and they were able to save us so much time shopping rates. read more

I requested an insurance quote through the reviews on Yelp. I received an immediate response. I provided all of my information and received 2-3 "check ins" over the next 2 weeks saying that I wasn't forgotten but they were working on getting me the best rate. Then I never heard anything again. I called and left a message. I texted the number we had been texting through. I even sent an email. Nothing...At the very least you should have let me know if you were unable to find me a better rate than I already had. Ignoring me or not following through is disrespectful and not good business. read more

I recently contacted Chris for insurance on a condo. He honestly got me the best rate, was very fast and took the time to explain to each part of the policy. Chris was the only agent to ask me to email him the CC&Rs for the condo so he can make sure the policy fills all the gaps missing from the CC&Rs. No other insurance agent was that detail oriented or seemed to care. Go with Chris, he is great. read more

I was referred by my hairdresser to check out this locally owned agency after having my auto rates raised again for no reason whatsoever. I would highly recommend Chris Coriano to anyone looking for home, auto or business insurance. We have had our home, auto and business insurance with him for years and have continued to be happy with the service from his Agency. Chris has been proactive with our renewals in making sure that we are still receiving the best coverage for the most affordable price or seeing if we should make a change. Also, his staff has been available when we've needed to make a change to our policies or needed something on the fly- like Mexico Insurance that needed to be purchased right before we crossed the border! Bottom line- Chris and his team rock! 5 stars all the way!! read more

I was originally referred by my financial planner. We had never worked with an insurance broker before and had no idea the tremendous value they bring.
