When the other driver is clearly at fault, who was on their mobile, not looking ahead and they ram into the side of your car, Progressive reply is you MUST use your collision to cover the damages. This in turn increases already sky high rates. They take your money willingly but for what? It took me continuous submission of the same photos, I had to do all the follow up & ask questions simply to find out they did nothing to support me in the claim. I would strongly suggest not to consider Progressive and that you make sure you tell everyone you know who has this coverage to change it immediately or risk having a nightmare when you need transparency. I should have known from the start when my quote lasted only 6 months and without any claim(s) of any kind, no traffic violations of any kind, no driving record of any kind my rates DOUBLED after the first 6 months. They bait and switch you at the very first opportunity. Stay as far away from Progressive as you can it is a literal SCAM in every way, every shape & form of the word. Please be warned.
