There is no law in Florida to provide car annual millage to the insurer. Dec 22 2025 received email progressive demanding an surcharge for $395 for providing the car millage they did not accept. Not only was Sonia NEVER available to speak to me personally, no one in her office ever cared about the issues I was having with Allstate until I asked them to cancel my policies. Then all of a sudden they were interested in helping me, but it backfired when it took them so long to come back and say they couldn't help me that they then say they cannot go back far enough in time to when I had asked them to cancel my coverage, so I am stuck paying for two policies for the overlap period, which again, apparently there is nothing they can do to help with.
